Apps are designed to be helpful and sometimes their upgrading can cause issues but to be fair PureDrive have emailed and responded to queries in good time. the update did cause some issues with charging and discharging at scheduled times but hey, they apologised reasonably quickly. In an ideal world they might have predicted the impact of an upgrade and warned users in advance but life's not always like that. I like the App and it's one of the few I regularly go to to check on the performance of my solar generation, grid use, state of charge etc.

I would like to let you know about my great experience with the Puredrive support team. I had a few simply issue with my battery setup, update....My installer would not get back to me so went directly to Tom in the Puredrive customer service. Each time I contacted him, he had me sorted out in no time. Today was no exception 2 hours after my e-mail, all sorted out. Highly recommend for the great product and top class customer service. Thanks a lot to the team

I ordered Puredrive Energy batteries on basis of good reviews here on Trustpilot. The system (including a Solis inverter) initially worked well but went 'haywire' after an update to the inverter. The installers were at a loss to sort it so I contacted Puredrive Energy direct where I spoke to Alice Shea in customer services. She immediately took my concerns on board and started looking into and monitoring my system, and subsequently contacting Solis. A further update to my system was made and it is now working correctly. Puredrive batteries may cost a bit more than others, but the company and their staff provide an excellent service looking after their customers.

Excellent communication with Customer Service Advisor Alice and Engineer who came out to attend to our Puredrive battery. The Engineer dealt with the problem efficiently. Also, very pleased to be able to get through to speak to people on the phone whenever I have called.

I have installed my PV Solar panel system with Solis Hybrid inverter and a Battery storage Pure Drive battery on Friday 26th January. The Installer's Sub Contractor has completed the installation and said everything is working now and said if there's anything that I should contact the installation office at Glowgreen Ltd. Later on that Friday evening when I looked at the system performance from the Solis Cloud App, I noticed that something was not correct and there was a lot of current consumption from the Grid and my smart meter reading was going high. After a while the battery was discharging down to 15%. I could not get through to Installer or the Glowgreen Company who was responsible for the entire system commissioning. However, to fix the issue I had to go through another approach. Either to talk with Solis Inverter support Or the Pure Drive Battery support. I contacted Pure Drive and Talked with Mr Monty New and he was able to talk with me about the problem and to his Software Technician and then they identified what the problem might be. Also at the same time he contacted the Solis Inverter technical support team as well to help with the problem. The problem was then identified, the Installer had fitted the CT clamp in the wrong direction therefore the system was behaving unstable and unable to show the correct readings from time to time. Finally the Solis team was able to reverse the direction of the CT clamp remotely. Thereafter I was able to see the system working correctly for the past four days without fail. Thanks to Monty and his Software team for identifying the problem and correcting the problem through Solis Inverter customer support. Excellent work to solve the problem quickly and in a timely manner. Thank you for Monty New at Pure Drive and his Software Technician. Great team work. Excellent support!

After a battery fault following a power cut, Pure arranged for an engineer visit within a couple of days. Oliver and Bradley kept us informed with an eta and arrived promptly. Friendly, efficient and courteous service and most importantly diagnosed and fixed the problem in little over an hour.

We had a Puredrive battery (with solar panels) for almost a year now. We wanted to move to variable tariff to take advantage of the battery also in winter, charging it when cheap, and Tobias was super-helpful preparing everything and also helping setting the grid help services. Incredible customer service!

Brilliant Customer support from Alice at Pure drive over the past few days. Alice has kept me updated with my initial query , helping a with a remote firmware update on my Solis inverter. Supplying additional information on how to get the best performance from my pure drive batteries and system management . Alice is always helpful answering queries in really polite timely manner really great experience of excellent customer service.Well done Alice thanks for making my Pure drive experience a really positive company to deal with . Just had a minor problem with my battery, filled in a customer request form and got a response from Alice S within the stated time limit. What made the experience so exceptional from my point of view was the subsequent detailed replies outlining what was happening at every stage. Suggestions were made about how to try and resolve the issue, a plan was activated and the battery is now performing as expected. Top quality customer service IMO.

Had a couple of Puredrive 5KWH batteries installed along with my system 13 months ago. Installers were good and Solis aftercare has also been good. Had a problem with one battery and in just a week Puredrive sent 2 technicians (Owen and Tom) who quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced one of the batteries along with a firmware update on both batteries and a check that everything was working properly. Very professional service.
