Have had a DC connected 5kWh Purestorage II battery from Puredrive for about 18 months. Recently the Solis inverter lost comms and the battery stopped working. Within a week the team arrived to swap in a brand new battery - no quibbles, quick, efficient and helpful support from Brad and Will.
Owen was really helpful with getting the system up and running. He explained everything and stayed on the phone with me till the system was showing on the customers app
Technical issue with a PureDrive battery, under warranty. They answered the phone! They helped. An engineer visited to put it right. Good efficient customer service. May thanks to all Pavel and Georgii.

Following the installation of a Solar energy system incorporating two PureStorage 5kWh batteries i had a few issues with the monitoring application. Alice at Puredrive energy provided excellent support and advice which fully resolved the problem. It was actually down to an installation error by my installer. The product seems to be great and i am confident if i have any issues Puredrive will resolve!
I am in process of buying a my 3rd battery and need few questions to ask, PureDrive customer services is one of the best and answer all the questions and also help with there App to, much Appreciate there extra help and customer care.
I wish all customer service agents were as good as Alice, she was polite, very helpful and sorted my issue. I think she went above and beyond by checking my system the following day and emailing me to advise that all was good.
I've been very pleased with the level of customer service I've received each time I've contacted Puredrive. Alice Shea, the customer services supervisor, has gotten back to me quickly each time, and has been consistently helpful. She is friendly and professional and easy to communicate with.
Recently wanted my Puredrive 5Kw battery to charge up on my new cheap overnight tariff from Octopus. Alice got me logged into their battery App. Seemed pretty simple to use but battery didn’t charge first night. Fault discussed with Alice and it was solved. Got a follow up email from her too. The customer experience is what sets this company apart from the rest, that and the fantastic battery. I have had better technical support from puredrive on solis inverters than I've had from solis technical support themselves. Honourable mention to Jamie for all his support over the years. I look forward to installing their new inverter in the coming months.
When we were considering going for Solar and a battery in the house, there were several similar options. We took the recommendation from the installer and went for a Puredrive battery and EV car charger (it works in unison with the Invertor and Solar and can charge with excess solar only. So far - no issues with the battery. However the charger did have some issues, but these have now been resolved. Special shout out to Alice Shea and Vishnu Sarathy for their excellent communication and support in getting the charger’s software sorted so that it worked as it should. With this type of tech, there will be glitches, what you need is someone to take ownership and get it sorted. Thank you again Alice.
Excellent customer relations/after installation service. There were problems but these were addressed speedily, usually the same day. This is particularly important for novices in this field - and it was reassuring and helpful to know that someone (Alice) was on the case. There seems to be some crossover between Puredrive and Solis and we await a final review once the BatterySystem/PV panels/Octopus Tariff etc have all been up and running long enough to assess thoroughly. Plus - there are hours of entertainment - following the arrows depicting the ever changing energy flow! Installed Nov 2023. Reviewed March 2024.

I had a query about how to charge my PureStorage batteries over night using the cheaper Octopus Flux rate. I had quick responses to my emails with clear instructions, and when that didn't work they reached out directly to Solis to resolve the problem. Excellent company who actually have real people you can talk to, something unusual these days.
