Product good, however I paid for express delivery which was very expensive (£11.95 for an A4 envelope). I understood, when making the order, would arrive within 2 days. The order did not arrive until the afternoon of the third day and as such was no use to me. I did not feel that customer service was helpful and would not offer any refund. Just hid behind the small print.

Received items within given time. I ordered personalised masks & wrapping paper, both were fantastic, just what i want to make my daughter's 18th as special as it can be in lock-down.

First class service paper quality is excellent and good value would use again.

I first used Printster some seven years ago. I've only ever had panoramic photo mugs and coasters from them. Their service is first class, wanted to be sure how my photos would appear, as they were not standard, so I phoned them. they listened! Not many companies do that these days. They reassured me, and my order was processed successfully. i kind and considerate company that I will always deal with.

Ordered some personalised wrapping paper for Valentine's Day on the 5th of February which still hasn't arrived to this day, although estimation of delivery was Thursday 11th of February to Friday 12th of February. After contacting customer services yesterday (15th February), they informed me that it should arrive within the next few days, which is no use to me now... Very disappointed!

I placed an order for personalised birthday paper, 1 sheet, last Tuesday, for my Granddaughter who was 13 last Thursday i paid express delivery £14+ to Northern Ireland, just across the sea. this is Monday 8th February and i still haven't received it, i spoke to the co, also Whistl who wanted to speak to Printster i have had no response, i suggested some kind of compensation, no response do not do business with them

Great quality, little pricey but thats expected in all honesty due to the volume, but again, quality was great!

I just received a personalised mug. For my daughter's birthday. She loved it.

The whole process was nice and easy to go through, also the quality of mugs and printing is really good. My order came quickly and was exactly what I expected.
