I have been buying a lot of downloads from Presto over the last year and more; together with more limited numbers of CDs. There are certain details of how the site works which take a little bit of learning. But my experience has been almost 100% excellent. Where I have encountered glitches I have found Presto’s customer service to be helpful and timely. On one occasion a Hi-Res + download proved to be more than my system could cope with. Presto amended my account to give me access to the simple Hi-Res version. On a more recent occasion I ordered an MP3 by mistake, when I wanted the FLAC version. Presto organised a refund within a few hours. The one thing I used to find annoying was being signed up to newsletters by default. I’m not sure whether I have become cannier at opting out, or whether the default option has now been amended, but the issue certainly no longer troubles me. Long may this service continue.

Excellent service all round. Very good range of products and website easy to manage. Regular offers on cds and books etc. First rate communication.

Knowledgable, friendly staff. Orders are dealt with promptly and if there are any delays, details are given with a revised date of delivery. Nothing is too much trouble.

Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. A duplicate booking was made and i was told to not pay it. Then it went to a debt collector without telling me. And the email reply said "Oh no we checked now you must pay it"

I recently made the first of what I am sure will be many purchases from Presto Music. I couldn't be happier with their service, absolutely first rate. My purchase arrived promptly and very well packaged. I really cannot praise them enough.

Presto Music has probably the best internet website for avid Classical music CD collectors like me. It has sound files for most items (the catalogue is vast) which enables customers who know what they like and don't like to avoid the expensive mistakes I have sometimes made in the past (albeit in a minority of cases when I had to rely on reviews in the music press where the reviewer's usually reliable opinion did not match mine). In addition, Presto offers regular sales which are highly competitive and the ordering process is clear and straightforward. In short, their efficiency, reliability, communication and prompt correction of (very rare) errors make this company second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending Presto Music to newcomers and seasoned collectors of Classical music alike.

Great customer service. I recently downloaded an album in the wrong format by mistake (mp3) and only realised that I had done so after having paid for it. I re downloaded in the correct format (Hi res 24 bit) and paid for that download again. I contacted customer sevices for a refund for the mp3 album expecting a long period before receiving a reply, but was extremely surprised to find an email from customer services within a couple of hours, with an apology for the error for not replying sooner (!) and the full refund for the unwanted download. I can't think of of any better customer service from any other company. They are also very helpful with answering any technical problems with issues that can sometimes occur.

I have used Presto many times for both branded CDs and for their own Presto reissues as well as sheet music and I would heartily recommend them for the intelligent, informative website and unfailing reliability of delivery.

Have been buying cd and dvd from Presto for several years. Presto is price competitive and service very efficient,and one good thing is that you can get a taste of the music via their internet menu before you buy, or not.

De levere ikke varen indenfor rimelig tid 3 uger og er helt ligeglade i kundeservice. Brug dem ikke - brug en anden leverandør. Priserne er ikke specielt billige på Presto I beder mig om at kontakte jer for at hjælpe. Det skulle jeres kundeservice have gjort da jeg bed om hjælp i år inden jeg skrev denne anmeldelse. Hurra for Trust pilot - det er først efter min anmeldelse I nu vil hjælpe. Glem det - i har mistet en kunde, der igennem de sidste 6 år har lagt mange ordre. Jeg orker ikke at bruge mere tid. Hvis min CD dukker op inden jul så godt ellers laver jeg en kreditkort indsigelse. Nu fortæller Trust zpilot mig at min anmeldelse bliver slettet hvis ikke jeg fortæller virksomheden mine person oplysning. Hvor forsvant anonymiseringen

I'm always very very very happy with the music I get from Presto. The service is quick and their system of holding review snippets on many recordings helps me make a decision. I particularly value being able to backorder things that are hard to get or not in stock--they collect up the items for me and then--hey, presto--the CDs arrive in my postbox. Although I collect CDs, I do really like having most of the same recordings available to me immediately online once purchased as this is sometimes more convenient for me than dealing with a CD.

Recently I downloaded a high res file from Presto, as I have many times. Unbeknownst to me, it did not completely load, despite messages to the contrary. As I listened, at moderate volume, I was suddenly bombarded with high volume, high frequency white noise. I quickly lowered the volume but the damage was done. Both my B&W 801D4 tweeters were ruined. I informed Presto and suggested they warn customers of this issue. They have ignored me. Not even an apology. I hope no one else has suffered as I did. Beware.
