Not impressed with their digital music service. I have contacted them about a problem with how they have labelled their files but have received zero response
Simple process for choosing and purchasing music.
Everything is fine, especially the ability to buy one track
I'm a fan of "free jazz". Was just out on the net searching for a download. Came across your site - ended with me downloading a few more albums. You seem to have quite a lot of good music. And finding, downloading, paying etc was easy. So - a really good experience.
The recording is plagued by a background noise, the crackle of an old grammophone playing the music. Well, it's partly my fault, I should have listened to the sample on the website. But I trusted the date of issue of the music (2023). The website should clearly post a warning that what the user is about to buy is a very old recording, not a remastered one. No big trouble, I lost just 4 euros, but what a disappointment.
Good selection of classical music (my prime interrest) and also important, a very extensive back catalogue. Easy to navigate and buy/download. I'm a very happy user!
Very easy to find what you're looking for, and easy to download in a hi-res format. I'm finding works here that I've never seen anywhere. A spectacular replacement for the iTunes store, for sure.
This is the first time I have downloaded an album, I normally buy CDs. How easy it is, and complete with the booklet and cover picture as well. There is so much useful information on the Presto site with of course, the useful facility to listen to samples of the music
Always a very pleasant and enjoyable experience purchasing items from Presto. Wether in person, at their wonderful premises in Leamington or simply downloading from their website the whole experience is simple, straightforward and enjoyable. Well done everyone at Presto.
It is a pleasure to deal with your service. It is satisfactory in most respects. There are a few details still need attention such as lack of consistency in supplying any digital documentation.
Great pricing (better than Amazon). Easy download. Plus reviews.
It was really easy to find what I wanted and the download process worked well.
The service to date has been excellent. The website is clear and efficient, I have had no problems ordering or downloading my music. I have recently subscribed to the player and have been delighted with the quality of the high definition streaming.
Wide choice, easy to order
A great selection with a smooth purchase procedure. My main criticism with the selection is that many downloads do not have any PDF documentation/album booklets, this is particularly indefensible in cases where downloads are more expensive than physical media offerings.
An efficient, responsive and helpful site.
I use Presto almost every day, though I don't order everything I search for! Sometimes an album download seems too expensive. More sales would be a help, but I realize you aren't in the charity business. It's just that I have already 20 Brahms Violin Concertos, for example, and the need for another is not pressing.
Have only ever used Presto for downloads, and they're always fast & reliable. Never had any problems at all. A good UK source to download from. If you open an account with Presto all of your purchases are kept on record, so you can download them again should you need to. A far better source than Amazon if you're after FLAC or other hi-res options.
I now buy most of my music (classical) from Presto. Delivery of physical media is quick and reliable, but it's with digital downloads where Presto really shines for me, as they offer uncompressed CD quality (sometimes higher) FLAC format files and the their range of recordings is huge. There are often sales and bargains to be found, such as the one I bought this week.
