I went to Presto to download some organ music I was hunting for. I considered buying the CD from Amazon to get it quickly, but Presto Music was an even quicker and smarter idea. The search was simple and the download came in a lossless FLAC format, so no different from the CD quality. All this suited the Audio device I store my music on.. Presto is a great addition to my music collection....

I do a lot of downloads to supplement my overloaded CD shelves. The Presto download went well, and no problems. Way to go at my age (83 this summer, with too many CDs).

Basically, the friendliness of the website which allows for an easy search. However, what it might be worth doing is adding more search options (such as Pop, Film music, Broadway/West End music, World music). Think of new customers: if the only search options are Classical and Jazz, they might just quit without browsing any further (which would be a pity since you sell more music genres than those two). Most of the albums for download do not come with inlay liner notes. It would be great if in the future you could provide them.

Came for ECM. Looks like I'll be sticking around for a long time. Incredibly well organized and high quality selection of labels. The closest digital music can get to recreating the experience of walking into a record store.

Had to choose a download because the recordings where not available as CD's. Used their app and managed to download it to laptop. Will be easy now I am all set up. The music will stay on my account, and can be downloaded later if I loose or delete it.

Purchased MP3 version of a cd. At first Presto tried to sell a different recording which was inferior. However, having sourced the version I wanted bi the Linos Ensemble, I cannot get it to play on my phone. :(

Great to be able to download a Bruckner Symphony that I first heard in 1965. So easy to download and I always return to Presto Music for my classical needs

It’s a fantastic service. The new downloader went well eventually! I use Qobuz Sublime and download prices there can be significantly lower for me so maybe have a similar scheme for us hardcore types? In any case I think your MP3 and Flac dl’s should be priced the same, qv Hyperion. My streamer (Innuos) has qobuz built in the control app so I don’t see any chance of using Presto’s streaming service for the foreseeable future.

Relatively easy to order and to download, although I had to download the Downloader before I succeeded in getting the audio files into my computer. I ordered the maximum quality .flac files, which I later found out can't be imported directly into my Mac Music application. Presto Music made the ALAC files available for download, which is making the whole import process easier.
