Sent email to customer service and it was answered with a very helpful answer within the hour. Very pleasant and it was obviously they were ready to help with any problem I had!!

I bought 24 blankets as Christmas gifts on Black Friday for family and friends. I started delivering them early because God forbid someone had a fire before Christmas- I’d never forgive myself! The response was great- almost everyone said they had seen of them before and just hadn’t gotten around to buying one. It also led to conversation with the kids about how to use it and reviewing how to call 911 and what to do in case of a fire. I ended up running out and contacting the company again to see if I could buy 24 more at the same price as Black Friday so I could continue spreading the protection to extended family, friends and co-workers. They graciously allowed it. Thanks again and I pray no one ever needs to use it!

This order was placed on 11/30. Today is 12/10. There has been ZERO communication regrading this order, other than clearing the payment. Prepared Hero has not provided a tracking number. Based on their reply to my email, which I received on 12/9, the fire blankets have yet to be shipped. Hopefully, the quality of the product is superior to the management of the company.

I actually hope we never need them, but I bought a 4 pack of the fire blankets. Three are gifts. Customer service was great helping me out with a little minor issue.

A friend of mine had a family member burned over 60% of her body trying to carry a burning french fryer out of the house. Prevention has to prevail. Our Lions club bought 60 Hero blanket and gave them away at different community functions to raise awareness I am so pleased that this program has inspired others to purchase the blankets for family members as Christmas gifts.

Package arrived on time.. Everything I ordered!

I bought the 4-pack of fire blankets. One for me and the other three for each of my children who live away. I also ordered a package of hooks but only one came in the package. It would be nice if a hook automatically came with each blanket.

It was so easy and affordable to purchase great products that have the power to change lives. So many homes don't even have fire extinguishers or smoke detectors, The fire blankets and spray will at least meet one of those needs! I decided that this year for Christmas I was going to provide each of my family with a set of home safety products and was happy to include the Fire Blanket and Spray!

Had a question and decided to email support. I was surprised that I received a response within 4 hours. I was even more surprised when I received a follow up email. What a great job, I highly recommend.

This has been the best experience with a company I have had this holiday season. Customer service responds to my questions immediately and are courteous and very polite. Not to say .....their product is amazing and makes great gifts!

Customer service is amazing! I had a minor issue with the printing of the packaging, not the product, and when I reached out to them they were so responsive. To me, customer service is very important. I definitely recommend this company and the products they produce.

First, I ordered a small kitchen size and a larger size to put in our upstairs bedroom. Just in case we had fire downstairs and we could wrap ourselves to get out of the house. Just made my wife and myself feel a little more secure. Christmas is coming and we thought the Fire blankets would make great gifts for our kids and grandkids whom all have their own homes. A plus with the fire blankets is the hooks you can purchase to hang them with, I suggest, in the kitchen.. Delivery was flawless and quick… My wife and I believe our purchase was a wise decision.

I was impressed with the promotions. Ordering was easy except that I ordered the 2 pack and only had the choice of ordering 1 hook. I had to make a separate order for an additional hook.

Got the information that I was seeking. Going to use the information to consider giving more Fire Hero products out to family in the name of safety.

Received my order quickly, brought for family. Hope we never have to use, but glad to have them handy.

The communication from your company is horrible. I placed an order on November 19 and never received a tracking number. I inquired a few times for information about my order and received minimal lip service saying they would check with someone about it and then never heard again. My package arrived on December 6! This was my second order with your company. My first order went smoothly and timely with tracking information. Somehow this second order was just totally mishandled. Improve your customer service!!!

I placed an order for 2 blankets. One for a gift 🎁. I didn't get my apt number in the address but it arrived anyway. Great customer service.
