I placed two orders. One of the orders came right away but the second order was on back order. It would have been nice if someone had let me know it would be delayed. I am still waiting for the second order. It has been shipped but I can't get a delivery date yet. As these are gifts, it is a bit frustrating

Recently I ordered six Prepared Hero blankets to give out as Christmas gifts; however, soon after ordering, I realized I'd already given those to loved ones two years ago. So, I contacted the company and they quickly cancelled my new order and completely refunded me. This speaks very highly of this company and I strongly recommend them and their product.

Site is easy to use. Colorful pictures and great demonstrations. Easy to maneuver the site. Easy to see items and prices. Makes shopping easy and fast.

Easy to order and received right on time. Going to be gifts I hope no one has to use but will have just in case.

Simple to navigate

Ordered a 4-pack, then had an offer to purchase 2 more at a discount, I clicked yes. Used my debit card, which unfortunately, my bank declined saying the website was fraudulent. Thought my order did not go through. Checked my account and was charged for just the 4-pack. I want to see if they will honor the deal and sell 2 more, but when I call a recording says, 'email us'. When I tried to email, I have a window popup that reads from Outlook, 'We cannot send this email it no longer exists. No way to track your order, no customer service. Very disappointed in this company.

I was expecting to wait some time for shipping... but, I think my purchases got here within 3 days?? It was perfect because I was able to send the ones I'd ordered for other family members Christmas presents home with my mom at the end of her visit.

I ordered 4 of the fire blankets. They arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They're in a manageable package with a grommet at the top so it can be hung from a small hook in a convenient place.

I ordered the 8 pack and had a coupon but couldn't figure out how to get the coupon to work and ended up accidently ordering the pack. I contacted customer support right away and they got back to me in like an hour and had applied the coupon to my account and issued the refund. I was truly amazed at how quickly they responded considering it was a just after a holiday.

I have not had to use this thank goodness but it is in a place where it can be accessed quickly. I also ordered one for each of my 4 kids' families. Peace of mind. Worth everything.

I ordered a bunch as gifts and got a great price. They arrived quickly even during the holiday season. I hope that I never have to report how they worked.

We had read about the fire blankets why not protect ourselves from a kitchen fire. Then after thinking about it we decided to buy 1 for each of married kids and their families as Christmas gifts, they each have another gift under the tree. We were so surprised to the get the blankets so fast thank you people very much.

I ordered these on a whim for Christmas Gifts for my kids. Hope they never have to use them. Makes Grandma feel better!
