I had a problem with the ordering process, which Prepared Hero corrected immediately. I'm very impressed with their customer service.

I ordered 12 for all my family members the fact that the blankets are reusable is wonderful a small fire extinguisher would only last once.

Although I have not had the awful experience of using my product I know and trust what it stands for. This will be so easy to use once the occasion arrives. I bought three and sooo glad none of them have needed to be used.

Love the concept of a fire blanket! It would be helpful to have a warning about the fiberglass potentially embedding in the skin. Upon opening the blanket immediately, because I was so excited to get it, the feeling of fiberglass fibers going into my skin was not fun. Could there be some sort of warning in the box, on a sheet of paper in 72-point print, about potential fiberglass getting in skin, please? Remedy: duct tape rolled in a loop with the sticky side out has been removing the fibers.

I was very pleased with the first set of blankets I received and so I ordered 4 more as gifts. Unfortunately they arrived damaged. I reached out and they rapidly responded and replaced them. Great customer service.
