We had a problem with our order, and Customer Service solved it quickly and with friendliness. I wish every Customer Service experience with other businesses was as "5-star" as this one!

Ordered a 4 pack and hopefully won't ever have to use this product. I purchased for gifts for my adult children because I believe it should be in every kitchen for those what-ifs. Shipping only took 2 days which is incredible in this day and age. Would gladly purchase again in the future.

The blankets are incredible. They will help you in an emergency and put out the fire. I have one in my kitchen and one by the grills on my porch. Great stuff.

I ordered 8 blankets, and thought I ordered 8 hooks, only got 4 blankets and 1 hook. It was my mistake not getting 8 hooks, but when I finally got ahold of someone and explained i had only recieved 1 box of 4 blankets, I received the rest of my order within days.

Order was packed well and product was As advertised.

I placed an order for 6 fire blankets on November 30th, at which point $180 was promptly withdrawn from my bank account. I then received an email on Dec 1st stating that "Your Order is Almost Ready!" with no reference to an order number or link to check order status so this is clearly an auto email. Then silence till Dec. 9th, when I reached out to CS for an update to which I was told they were experiencing "unprecedented high demand" and told to check the "Order Status" for the most current info... as of today, December 13th, my order is still not ready. Pretty sure this is a scam and I'm out my $180. Protect yourself, don't order from this site.

Easy to find the package I needed to gift my neighbors!

I was amazed on how quickly I received my order. I gifted six of the units to my grown children and family. Kept two for my household. Talked to my grandchildren about the importance of the product and how to use. An absolute must in any home!!

Order received without I bought one for each of my children and grandchildren with homes.

The purchase and delivery of our order went very smoothly. Thankfully we have not needed to test the fire blankets. We bought a set and gifted one to each of our children.

After seeing your commercial on Facebook, it got me thinking. We have a fire extinguisher but it is as old as the house. We will be replacing the extinguisher or getting it charged if needed for our fireplace and basement wood burner. But your product is close to the kitchen for that just in case issue. May it be a waste of money and we never have to use it but I have it for mental security. Plus I got one for my 3 sons and their families.

The fire blankets I purchased I have thankfully not had to use. I wanted to thank Jay in Customer Service for his prompt and professional service with regard to a return I had to make. He made the entire experience a synch.

I ordered the Prepared Hero fire blankets twice as gifts for my son and nephew. Both times the ordering was easy and the products came very quickly. Luckily the recipients haven’t had to use the blankets yet.
