Inadvertently put the wrong address for my purchase. I called your support number and your employee resubmitted my order and I should get it in time for Christmas.

I'm giving all my family members fire blankets from Prepared Hero for Christmas. It's comforting to know they'll all be prepared if the worst happens.

Quality safety products at reasonable prices. I had my order doubled somehow thru cart process and charged to my card, but getting it resolved was as simple as an email request to resolve issue. Company gave me several options including partial or full refund or go ahead and ship order and store credit given which is what I chose as gifting these products is practical and potentially life saving. I've bookmarked Prepared Here website into my favorites as the go-to company for these type of products. Excellent Customer Service & Products!

Excellent service. I ordered one blanket for each of my children’s families. When, after two weeks they didn’t arrive and tracking was unclear, I emailed them. To my amazed surprise, they reviewed, said the order must have been lost and within two days I received my order via express shipping. Great Christmas gifts for my kids!

I purchased a large kit to share with family. Hopefully we will never have to use it but it gives me peace of mind. My ex has neuropathy and would never be able to use an extinguisher. Also I have preteen grandchildren that might find an extinguisher a bit intimidating to use. What could be simpler than "pull and throw" Thank you

I ordered from prepared Hero then found Prepared Hero on Amazon for almost $40 cheaper. Cust Service price-matched Amazon so I didn't feel that I had made a mistake by not looking at Amazon first.

After I realized that I only purchased 1 hook but bought 4 blankets I sent an email asking for assistance in purchasing additional hooks. My experience with that rep was excellent, painless and quick. I’m giving them as gifts so I needed a hook for each blanket.

I ordered 12 Blankets, one for every family member for Christmas, and felt it was a good deal. Problem is I forgot one for my husband and myself. Now trying to order just one it is so much more expensive!

This fire blanket is a blessing to have close to stove if anything happens. I ordered extras for son’s family that camp a lot. Another blanket will go to two other sons family with small children who might need these emergency blankets to save lives.
