I received my order very promptly. I bought one for each of my children, my mother and myself. Although I hope we never have to use them, I happily spent the money for assurance in case we do need to at some time.

I ordered 8 of these for Christmas presents. I think it's the best present I could give to everyone! I hope they never need it, but I feel better knowing my family has one!

WOW, you actually received contact! I ordered 6 blankets, and didn't hear shit from them until 12 days later, when they arrived at my doorstep, 1 week apart, 1 two pack and then one 4 pack (all Xmas gifts). I actually thought I was scammed, that's how pissed I was about the lack of contact, either through email, or god forbid I look up my order number on their website. (not an option). You guys (at prepared hero) need to get your shit together!

My order came promptly and when ordering in multiples, the price was very reasonable.

I think the product will make a great Christmas present. I plan to give several to family.

No communication after order placed. I placed an order for four (4) fire blankets on December 8 and received a confirmation by email. No updates on order status since placing order. Two emails sent to the Prepared Hero support email have not been answered. I will be canceling my order and contacting PayPal regarding refund.

Well I haven't had to use it yet 🙃 🤞 But I had a kitchen fire 🔥 many years ago and I used a fire extinguisher to put it out. It worked just fine but the mess and cleanup that it left behind was worst than the fire itself. Nobody got hurt except my above the range microwave oven, the plastic melted. I hope I never have to try this blanket out, I bought several to hand out to family members. 👪 It looks easy to use so anyone can put out the fire 🔥. Your commercials are good 👍. Thank you

I have placed two orders more than 10 days ago and I have yet to receive any correspondence re a delivery date I also sent an email about four days ago requesting ann ETA and still have not heard. This order was in plenty of time for Christmas delivery and I don’t appreciate being left wondering if this delivery will be in time for Christmas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We got these as Christmas presents for family. Feels weird to give something we hope they don't use! Shipped quickly and the price was right. We are satisfied that all are now more protected with products a firefighter created. Thanks!

I received an email stating that the items from Prepared Hero had been lost in transit. I immediately sent an email to the support center and gave them all the dates and order ID etc.... The next day I got a response from the Support Center, and they were sending a new shipment to me. Supper Helpful!!

I’m so glad I ordered two packs of 4! They are amazingly wonderful & my retired Firefighter husband approved of these.

I have not used it yet. Just by looking at and having it looks of good quality. I feel so secure having it in my apt . I am glad I didn't purchase a fire extinguisher because they can expire and some are hard to use.

Great product at a great price and better the more you buy! I bought one for each family unit in my family. Came in a timely manner. I do wish they would "come" with a hanger. I only received one hanger.
