I bought the products for family Christmas gifts as well as for my house. They look great. Hopefully we won’t have to use them. But feels better knowing we have them.

Prepared Hero really stands behind their products! I ordered a pack of eight fire blankets from Amazon at a discount on Black Friday. I only received four blankets. Amazon's only remedy was for me to return the four I received and buy them again at full price. I reached out to Prepared Hero and they made it right! I was hoping a Firefighter-approved company would do the right thing and they absolutely did. I'm super excited to give these to my family at Christmas!

I know that their products are excellent. I ordered these in November and somehow my order got lost I am still waiting to hear from them as they told me that they had repacked it to reship it. But I have heard nothing. I will continue to email them daily as I have been doing. I hope this gets them in gear. As my Christmas with my family is this coming Sunday the 22nd and I have nothing to wrap as gifts and I gave plenty of time for the product to get here very disappointed

Ordering was easy and quick. The bundle got me to order 6 (only needed 5), but they are all Christmas gifts except the one for me. Please don't post on FB yet as only 1 has rec'd theirs yet, 1 more AFTER Christmas and the other 4 of the 6 will get theirs on Christmas Day.

I had a general question and customer service responded in a timely fashion . I was afraid that I had opened packaging incorrectly but they advised me that all was ok! Thank you for a great product!

I saw your ad and was very interested but waited to buy as I gave the purchase more thought. Upon looking for the ad again to try to find the price you offered originally, I was offered the product at varying higher prices in subsequent ads, on Facebook mostly. It was very frustrating and I emailed you for help. That email communication didn't quite help either. Ultimately I finally saw my desired price point and then acted on my purchase finally. I'll say you were good with finishing up on my purchase and delivery. Thanks

It was an easy purchase process. It seems like it will work great for the small household fires (pot on the stove, or a toaster, etc.) but if you think you will need it over a BBQ grill, you will need to purchase the larger one. I received my Prepared Hero and suddenly had to use it for my grill within the week of it arriving. My grill is small but the Prepared Hero doesn't quite cover it completely and it wouldn't put out the fire.

Marianne was timely in her response and sensitive to my concerns. She recognized my worry that I had received only part of my order and was quick to explain the process.

Great! Very helpful and responsive! Giving fire blankets to my grown children for their houses. Safety! That is what you think about as a grandmother. lol

We were pleased with ease in placing and receiving these blankets. We are excited to be giving these blankets to our kids who are married and out of the house.  Once a parent always a parent.  Such a great gift!

I ordered 4 fire blankets and somehow 8 ended up being in my cart. Not sure if i accidentally added it to my cart or what happened. I immediately emailed the company. “Reyna” emailed me back with 3 different return/refund options the next day- no questions asked. I emailed her back with my selected option and was immediately refunded. I placed my order after 7pm and received the order literally less than 24 hours later. Fastest shipping ever. Customer service was very helpful and prompt.

Shipped right away! The product arrived even faster than I thought it would. The fire blankets are compact and come in clearly labeled, easy open bags. I purchased the wall hook so my fire blanket is easy to access if we ever need it. It gives me peace of mind and I plan to purchase more fire blankets to give away.

Order the fire blanket after Thanksgiving. After 6 emails still don’t have any product nor shipping information. After four weeks. When requested, company has not responded with info. They did charge my credit card immediately. Have asked my credit card company to get my refund from this scam company.

The company responded quickly to my concerns. Also the quality of the products is much better compared to other brands. I bought some from other brands and the fire extinguish blankets were so rough that actually had some fibreglass stuck in my skin and that hurt.

I ordered four, my credit card was charged, but I have not received order. I cannot reach them by phone, three emails to the support site have been ignored, I feel I have been scammed!

I've been looking at these for years so was glad to find get 4 deal and gifted one to each of my kids families.

My package was sent to my old address by the post office and I couldn't get it. They were eager to send me another one, but the man who received it gave it to me. I was honored that they didn't doubt I was being truthful when I reported it got sent to the wrong address and humbled when they offered to replace it for me for no cost. It is a great product and being I moved into a one bedroom apartment, I do fear there could be a fire. Thank you guys for being so kind and compassionate and for making an outstanding product.

Fast prompt service, fortunately havent needed to use the product, but glad I've got them

When I placed the order I did not receive a confirmation email. I forgot about it until a couple of days later. I emailed the company and got a response very promptly with a tracking number to follow my order. It was to arrive tomorrow but I found on my porch this evening, a day early!

Prepared Hero is exactly that, My Hero! Lately had a fire in microwave and needed your blanket.I have ordered for everyone in my family and can’t wait for them to open their gift. This should get a good laugh and be thankful. P.S. the microwave fire was a warning and we took care of it and the smell.
