I received quick and efficient shipping of my fire blankets which are being given out as "a little something else" this Christmas. A great purpose (safety) at a great price! A gift I hope never needs used. (First blanket recipient was thrilled with gift!)

I have MS and felt my ability to run for and use a heavy fire extinguisher was not realistic. I thought a Prepared Hero blanket was a great solution to be prepared for a fire in my home. I decided to purchase 12 of them, 2 for myself and the rest as gifts for my family members.

I tried to see if it was mailed & couldn’t figure out how to do that on your site. 5 days after purchase.

Pen does not work. I bought a prepared hero privacy pen. It does not work in detecting my iPhone. I will contact them tomorrow. Hopefully for a refund.

When placing my order, I made an error in the shipping address that would have made it undeliverable. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email requesting a corrected address. By early the next morning I received confirmation that the correction had been made, the following morning I was informed that the package had shipped, and the next day it was on my doorstep. I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Wednesday, even with a delay due to my own stupidity. How could that be any better?

Ordered 8 blankets on 12/7 and have not received a notice it was shipped nor have I received the blankets, all for Christmas gifts. Come on PreparedHero…be a hero and let me know my order was found and you are shipping them. So much for Christmas gifts to my elderly neighbors. UPDATE: i received the blankets the next day and they were well received by all! Tracking status would be a good thing to set up with respect to delivery as well as when I checked the order a simple "processing" would be good. I updated my rating!

My review is solely about the return process. I was handheld throughout the return by Prepared Hero representative Carlos. I followed his instructions to the tee. The full refund was credited back to my card a little over 2 weeks later. FYI I did have to pay at the Post Office to ship the package.
