Be Warned - website is very misleading. Ordered what I thought were two fixed poles after numerous references to fixed poles under their quality assurances for the Allure poles only for extendable poles to turn up. Despite website being completely misleading have had to pay for their return as u happy and the quality did not represent the cost.

Easy to order, arrived in timely manner. What one looks for when ordering on line. However whilst the product was absolutely fine the screws and wall plugs provide with it could have been a little bigger to take account of types of wall finish and weight of the curtains. Just a small comment easily addressed. Overall, very pleased with product, ordering and delivery.

Excellent service

The poles were delivered within a week of ordering. I telephoned Poles Direct to confirm that they would arrive before a certain date. Your colleague was extremely helpful and confirmed a delivery date. The poles were well packed are good quality and look great in my Mum’s lounge 👍

Excellent pole and superb delivery time

the poles were not cut straight which caused poles to not lay flat along length. had to recut to get correct. otherwise acceptable although as a pole specalist i expected better

Incompetent, have been waiting for over 6 weeks for poles I ordered to be delivered. They have been dispatched 3 times to their courier DX Express but they have failed to deliver multiple times (over 8 times and I have lost count now!). After asking for alternative couriers to be used (as a result of the non deliveries) they still continue to use DX with the same result!!

Sent a pole in two pieces instead of one. I particularly looked for a single pole and it wasn’t clear it came in two pieces. Looked up extra long poles. Very disappointed at loosing so much money and not getting what I wanted
