The only thing stopping me giving Poles Direct a 5-star rating is the lack of clarity as to when the product(s) will be arriving. The Tracking system seems to not work and it’s only down to luck that I’ve been at home to receive my order.
Shady Business. I tried to order a set of curtain poles and asked the online assistant the country of origin. I was told that information was not available - when I insisted I was briskly told it is not a legal requirement for them to provide such information. So, here is the trick - you cannot sell products in store without these featuring the country of origin. However you can sell anything from anywhere online, literally refusing to declare where they come from?
It was easy to understand all the details found online. The easy ordering from the company. Having a discount is always a helping hand. Delivery was excellent, and as stated it was fast and easy.

I ordered 2 Surge black tracks, they were ok but I never expected the brackets that came with them. In plastic like if they were toys and the look so cheap. I am disappointed as I have ordered from you before and it’s has been ok. But not this time.

Mis-information from customer service at Poles Direct - contacted them twice on line and then phoned to confirm that despite putting a curtain pole up and finding it a couple of inches too short I could return it for a refund. Few days later the curtain pole is returned without any explanation. Would not use again or recommend to anyone
Buying online was easy and prompt delivery. The well made product and sturdy. However, the end of the bracket where the pole sits should be a bit higher in order to stop the end eyelet of the curtain from crossing to the othe side.
