The curtain pole I ordered was exactly what I wanted, looks great, and delivery was prompt, with the item securely packaged. If this review was for product aesthetics and customer service alone, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating. Sadly, however, we had a couple of issues whilst assembling the pole and then attaching it to the wall, which was very frustrating as this meant it took far longer to carry out a relatively simple job than it should have done. Firstly, the wooden pole brackets refused to attach easily to the metal wall brackets, despite our best efforts, which ultimately meant that we were unable to tighten everything up as much as we would have liked. Secondly, since the pole we purchased is 210 cm in length, we were surprised that a third (central) bracket isn't included (the pole is in one piece, so there is no join, but still I feel that a central bracket would make it more secure). Lastly, there were no holes already drilled in the ends of the pole for the finials to be fitted?! So aesthetically a great product, but one or two improvements to be made on the ease-of-assembly side, I think.
Very clear and concise order process. Everything is clearly detailed and listed. The pole looks fantastic now installed. Just be super careful with the Black Nickel. It scratches very easily!!
