The website was easy to navigate, plenty of products and easy to choose, pay and enter details, so this should be a 5 star rating.. What let the process down for me was the delivery by DX, who delivered to a different address in the street and was signed for by a random person. The DX tracking email showed the name but not the address or even a photo... two hours later after knocking on every door in the street, I found the package.. you may say that this isn't the sellers fault... but when DX dont show any details of the delivery (except a 'name') and have no telephone number where you can contact them, the next thing to do is phone 'Poles direct'..who didn't answer the phone after an hour of trying. So 2 stars from me is to hopefully highlight to PD that they either need to sort out their delivery company or put staff on hand to answer calls when things go wrong, as internet selling is the easy bit for any e-commerce company, the delivery is the tricky part.

This company is a scam! My order was misplaced twice and it has been a month since I placed it. Avoid this company at all costs!!!! I am now looking into take legal action against it and full reimbursement.
