The fixing screws that screw into the brackets to hold the pole in place did not tighten down as instructed and i had to tie the pole to the brsckets with tie wraps.

My experience was made good by this company Poles Direct as the website was easy to navigate and it had a range of different poles for different tastes. I’d looked at other websites but couldn’t find what I was looking for, which was the antique brass in colour with round ball stoppers at each end. I have these types of poles on all my windows and was just looking for the last one and found it at Poles Direct. This was the only company that I found the perfect colour for me in my perfect taste, so this company really came through for me. As I say, they have a range of styles for different tastes so you’re bound to find what you’re looking for with them. Plus delivery was reasonably good and the parcel arrived well packed in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend.
