Good selection of poles, including exactly what was wanted/needed. Easy ordering and quick delivery. However had to go online for the fitting instructions which would have been ok for me, but the pole was for my mother, so I had to find a way to print them out for her.

Curtain pole arrived promptly as promised and as described , was easy to put up nice & sturdy for a 15’ run wall to wall . Would have no hesitation in reordering from this company again .
I love the product but there is a manufacturing fault on one of the poles and the Crystal finials were damaged. I did not unpack everything straightaway and I happened to read on the delivery note I only had 3 days to report damage. Too late in this case. Please be aware of this when accepting delivery. Not happy. I gave 2 stars only because I have purchased from you before.

I paid about 80 pounds for a 3.6 meter 35 mm brass pole. The brass effect was a bit yellow, and the mounting hardware was soft iron, which I like, but it means if someone pulls down on a curtain they bend down. Also I realized a 3.6 meter pole is two 1.8 meter poles with a curved sheet metal to slide them together. I could have got two 1.8 meter poles at B&M Homestores and used sheet metal and saved myself 40 pounds.
I am very happy with the pole I ordered but I do think it was quite expensive. The colour is right for me and it was easy to assemble. The pineapple ends are lovely but being machine cut and not hand cut, I feel the cost was excessive.
