Plumbing World have asked me to review so lets review them Ordered the product 10 days ago. Delivery within 2-3 days. 10 days later no item. Ok delays happen so sent 2 emails. Still no reply, still don't know when I will get the item which should be fitted next week for my customer. So to conclude the review you so desperately wanted me to write, product I can't review as you have not sent it but delivery and customer service is rubbish. First time and last time using Plumbing world

We ordered a double sink unit and set of taps for our utility room. The order arrived promptly but unfortunately the sink unit had a crack. I immediately contacted Plumbing World and all I can say is that the service was outstanding. It was irritating to get a damaged item, but these things happen. When they do though it is such a pleasure to deal with a real person (Jessica) who actually takes the time to keep you fully informed of the progress of their business in addressing your problem. Great business!

I ordered a Hudson Reed vanity unit and ceramic sink. When these items were delivered one side of the vanity unit was damaged, I contacted customer services at Plumbing World who were polite and helpful and reordered a replacement vanity unit from Hudson Reed. The replacement was delivered promptly and the delivery driver brought the package into the house and opened up the packaging allowing me to check the item was in perfect condition. The delivery driver then offered to take away all the packaging and collect the original damaged item for disposal. Fantastic customer service and would recommend Plumbing World highly.

Always great service and any problems I had were always resolved instantly and competently. Prompt reliable delivery as well with updates on date and time for drop offs. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

She has kept me informed all along and arranged collection of the unit so I could order a new one. She is an asset to your company and because of her I would 100% recommend Plumbing World to friends and family

Our experience with Plumbing World has been a complete and very costly disaster from start to finish. We ordered almost £1500 worth of goods from them for our bathroom refit believing it was a safe bet to buy from a single supplier. When the delivery arrived it was in dirty packaging and dumped in our garden by the delivery driver (who then knocked on the door to let us know). When we unpacked the sink vanity unit it was found to be scratched and chipped (plus of very low quality overall) which meant an urgent trip out to buy replacement units and sink, none of which were available off the shelf, so that meant delaying our plumber. Next we discovered that one part of the shower unit was secondhand (rusted and covered in limescale), clearly removed from someone else's bathroom! So that meant another delay and trip to the shops. Then to round things off the bathtub was installed but leaked after only one use due to a small crack on the underside which only showed up when water got into it. I ordered a replacement from elsewhere which meant another 4 days' delay. (Meanwhile my wife breaks her toe on the pile of goods waiting to be returned. Not PW's fault directly of course but just another disaster to add to the tally). Plumbing World were made aware of all these issues and agreed to refund us for the damaged vanity unit and secondhand shower, and a few other items which were no longer needed (because of having to change our bathroom design). They insisted the damaged bathtub was not their responsibility since the bath had been fitted and we couldn't claim on the warranty either. I laid out to Plumbing World the total cost incurred as a result of all the damaged/defective goods; - additional costs for plumber/builder due to delays and bath re-installation, the costs of numerous "emergency" shopping trips to buy replacement goods, not to mention the £350 bathtub still sat unused in our garden. The best they could offer in compensation was a waiving of the restocking fees for one of the items we were returning (- only returning because of the damaged goods) and a refund of delivery costs which were free anyway!! (They did eventually offer a replacement bath at cost price after I asked the case to be escalated, by which time the bathroom was pretty much finished!). If you don't mind poor quality, damaged or secondhand goods, and unsympathetic customer service then Plumbing World might be the place for you, but otherwise do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

The staff both in the store and by telephone were really helpful and efficient.The quality of the items purchased were really good and I was kept informed at all times regarding deliveries.I will be using the store again for future projects as such excellent service.

Visited the shop found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable, i was able to purchase all the fittings for my bathroom refit. Was surprise a the price very competitive and was more than happy, would strongly recommend the online website or shop; big thanks to Darren who assisted.

5 stars Had issue with a toilet seat We had to bathrooms supplied by plumbing world 1 toilet seat with soft closure failed. Just out of warranty but good to there word, they replaced the item. Sorted within 5 days. Well done

Needed a set of retro-fit pipe clips as the original clips fitted by meter installers had weathered down. Why did they use behind-pipe screw fittings on a gas pipe when they eventually rot is beyond me. Removing the gas pipe was not an option. Searched high and low for a replacement and Plumbing World neatly filled the demand. Order was fulfilled and delivered in a good time-frame. Not to be rushed, care was needed drilling close to the copper pipe.The finished job looked a treat. Plumbing World has an easily navigable website with clearly depicted lines. Could be a goto place for the odd jobs in the plumbing world in future.

A little late with review but was very pleased with 3 sided shower cubicle bought in July, fitted and looks very good .
