I had ordered a replacement VRC470F controller after my tenants had broken the last one. It hadn't arrived within 3 days or had a confirmation that it was being delivered (this is one area where PlumbArena could put an extra check in or two that all are being progressed). So you are probably wondering "so why the 5-stars"? Well, since I phoned up to chase and talked with Andy D from their team, he worked on it quickly and diligently with Vaillant and keeping me informed. As it happens, Vaillant informed PlumbArena that that model has now just been discontinued. Argh!! Anyhow, Andy D advised on which controllers would be most equivalent and options out of the new range…and the bad news that the transmitter/receiver etc. pairing would need to be refitted. However, as they had already exceeded their typical SLA for delivery, Andy expedited the delivery of the chosen new controller from Vaillant and to me. So now I have some very happy tenants again (as long as they don’t break this one).

Excellent pricing, service and communication. Found a bath filler we were wanting to buy at a very keen price on their website, with free delivery as over £100. Rang customer service to check the terms of delivery - helpful lady on the phone. Placed the order next day online and had full feedback on progress of the order by email, from order acknowledgement right through to being able to track the DPD driver to the door. Delivery right at the start of the one hour time slot notified to me by email. Could not fault the service. (Just hope the product is as good as the distributor customer service!)

Unforgivably Discourteous! 7 weeks on from ordering a toilet bowl still no delivery. Several enquiries from me, seeking the cause of the delay and most importantly when delivery is expected. Response is usually quick and the always same, notably that some one will look in to it and get back to me. This week, no one is responding at all. I appreciate that supplies can let them down, but not making no attempt to explain or indicate when our family will have a toilet? Disgraceful and unforgivable.

Had the part I needed in stock, spoke to a very nice lady who sent the part out for next day delivery, so my boiler is now up and running....... Very happy customer

I was worried by some of the recent scores but I shouldn't have been. The whole transaction went smoothly, An email I sent at gone 9pm was answered by Sales (Andy) immediately and the delivery successfully moved to the following day. Above and beyond service by my reckoning, and I would use again. The courier used was DPD who turned up exactly at the time specified on the tracker.

Awful company to deal with, if you want stuff straight away DO NIT USE THIS COMPANY, no contact once the order is taken dispite numerous phone calls on my behalf and voice mails left. One of the most USELESS company's I have had the misfortune to use after two days of them taking my money I get told they don't have the boiler in stock and can't get one, ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

I ordered a new Boiler on 3rd April, it hasn't arrived on the 11th April. It's great staying in waiting to see if they deliver. Just like being on ball and chain.

What a truly awful company to deal with. Looking at their website you'd be mistaken for thinking that customer service was at the heart of the business but you'd be wrong. I paid for supply and installation of a wireless thermostat - Plumb Arena were great at taking payment immediately, but then two weeks went by without any communication from them to confirm installation date. I tried calling many times and the majority of times you get diverted to voicemail - despite leaving several messages I got no replies. I sent emails and again no replies. Eventually I managed to get through to a real person and was told I would get a call back the following day with a confirmed installation date. But that call did not happen either. So, cancelled order, and will go elsewhere. Would never use this firm again nor recommend it.

It is really bad service Ordered received order confirmation and that is it After nothing after 6 days when chased them they said will come back to you shortly But no reply Call them again but the stuff don't care best thing they can do is just cancel your order no matter you wasted one week waiting for goods Call back to manager still same ignorant So over all it is wast of time with them

Excellent service. Ordered heating thermostat p.m. 8/11/16 received a.m 9/11/16. Cannot fault, will use again, if necessary, and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Ordered Mixer Tap on a Friday afternoon. Kept up-to-date with estimated delivery time, and delivered as promised within a 1 hour slot on the Monday morning. Great customer service, Plumb Arena - keep up the good work.

Online ordering is straight forward, however it stops there. Email confirmation is basic and leaves you hanging, wondering if you will receive the order. "A member of our customer service team will be in touch shortly to arrange delivery of your order" No they won't... After several days of expecting a telephone call or an email, they had to be chased to find out what was happening, the call handling was poor, abrupt and portrayed unprofessionalism from the start. Eventually they did dispatch and delivery the part (twice), but customer service to rectify problem with the wrong item is non-existent. If you do speak to someone you are fobbed off with put it in an email... They never reply to an email... Summary: Prices might be good, but the service matches the price - cheap You might get double you monies worth - emphasising poor management Customer service - a concept yet to be invented it would appear

Superb product. Cheapest price around. Expected it to be delivered in 2 days. It was not. Had to change delivery address. Plumb arena had difficulty communicating with the delivery company so product eventually arrived much later than expected after many calls from myself.

I received a Honeywell central heating controller which failed under warranty so I contacted Plumb Arena who quickly sent a replacement unit.
