Superb. Ordered a new cover for the controls on an elderly boiler plus a thermostat knob. They arrived the next day. New labels for the circuit diagrams and boiler specification were also provided. We were thinking we might have to soak them off the old broken parts. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

I recently purchased a vokera RF thermostat online from this company and it was faulty. I had contacted vokera boilers HelpLine and they talked me through the setup process and it still showed a E82 fault code they stated that the unit may be faulty. I sent two emails and contacted them by phone but have not received any response. All I want is to get a replacement and how to return the faulty unit.

Fat efficient service

Totally unprofessional and bad communication. I bought a gas analyser from them which was faulty on arrival so had to hire o e for the job. They told me to send to repair which I had to pay for, when got it back the item shown the same fault so posted back for refund to them which I payd for again. No communication for more then a week so I called them, I been promised tree times that I'm going to be called back but that doesn't happened so kept calling them every day and now after tree weeks still notthing not even an email about what's happening. Not a good experience, on the top of the analyser I bought I spent an extra £100 Thank you Plumbarena

Placed order on 3rd October expecting next day delivery as mentioned. 7th October rang and left a message to call back and also sent email to which received no response. Rang again on 8th October to be told goods will be delivered on 9th October. Have just rung and again left a message as the agents were "Busy"!!

The team has been fantastic. Very professional, very helpful and respectful. My problem has been resolved very quickly which street shop could not.
