Placed order at 1pm Yesterday, delivery arrived at 10am this morning with one hour delivery window by text !! 5*****
Ordered a part that never arrived. Phoned several times and left messages. DId not get back to me. Not enough people to answer queries. When I talked to someone they could not help me. Had to email for money back. Still waiting for reply. May have to go to credit card company to recover money. Stressful and a lot of time wasted on my part.
Everything that was promised happened as it should
I ordered the incorrect product and needed to speak with someone to get the correct product. After calling and getting no replies by phone i opted to leave a message but did not receive any call back. On my experience i think you should drastically improve your customer service by making it clearer and easier to make direct contact with a representative. I have since contacted another company and purchased the product i required so you lost that sale and any chance of future sales from myself.
Ordered part for boiler turned up broken contacted them, person on other end of phone very helpful said would send another out to be with me in two days four days later still no part fifth day it turned up and was broken again !! Lost the will to try and get in contact again so ordered from a proper wholesaler won't be using again
Efficient service service, first class product
Arrived very quickly, I had one question that I emailed in on a Saturday morning and Andy who came back to me knew his stuff, spot on first time with his answer 100%!
