I don't normally fill these surveys in but felt I should for this. I ordered a Honeywell Evohome system from Plumbarena online, within 20 minutes they called me to say that I'd included a component that I didn't need for the type of system I was buying, so they amended the order and credited my card straight away. The delivery was on time and I appreciated the ability to track it's progress - live and all the way to my door. A few days after I'd installed it, I had a problem with the controller so I called Plumbarena and they sent me a replacement straight away. They were happy for me to post the original faulty unit back to them once the new one was up and running (which they paid for) - they even offered to collect it. I had scoured the internet for the cheapest and I had reservations about ordering an expensive item from a business I'd never heard of, but have to say I think they're great!

I recently a Honeywell ST9400 Heating Programmer from Plumb Arena, I have never used them before but after this experience I shall not only be using them as my first port of call in the future but I will also be recommending them to everyone I know! From browsing their site to arrival of my order the experience has been hassle free, perfectly handled and an absolute pleasure! The website is clear and easy to understand, they offer a great range of products and related alternatives to your ranges, and all at very competititve prices! After placing my order I received a series of emails confirming my order, estimating my delivery date and the details of the delivery, even giving me a number to call if my delivery didnt arrive on time! The delivery arrived exactly when/as quoted, in perfect condition, just as displayed and with all the packaging and paperwork! This may not sound like anything more than pride in the service they offer, but as someone who has spent thousands everywhere from certain DIY superstores to many many different online companies/vendors, the level of service I received from Plumb Arena is the highest I've received anywhere!

Searched online for a spark electrode for my combined boiler. Plumb arena had one online. Bought it via PayPal. My money was taken. Heard nothing for 6 days, no package arrived. Phoned to chase up, plumb arena rep said yes he could see my order and would chase up and phone back in 10 mins. He did not. After an hour phoned again different operator. She did a search and told me the part was not in stock and could not give me an answer to when it would be in stock. Poor, poor service. They took my money and I am now back to square 1 a week later. This company might have good value spares in stock BUT they should not take money if this is not the case and they should keep purchases informed. I will not use them again

i required some replacements for my oil fired boiler after going to some sites which failed to give correct information i found your page which i then found the correct parts also it gave which models of the boilers these parts would fit, after i ordered these parts i looked back on other sites and found the parts i would have ordered which looked the same would not have worked correctly on my boiler. i was pleased with your products and if i need more parts in the future i will come direct to your site.

I telephoned and confirmed my part was in stock. I was told there were 3 of them in stock. I ordered a Alpha Fan on the web, on the Thursday morning by Mid day Friday it arrived. Well packed and exactly as described.

The fan on my boiler finally gave up the ghost yesterday after years of coaxing it along with regular lubricating. I searched all websites and could not find a new 'genuine replacement' cheaper. Ordered replacement online at 2:30 pm after call to check part number. It arrived this morning and I fitted it before lunch. It is running perfectly .What more could you ask for!
