Does not send to NI-UK (for a reasonable price). A disappointing experience and not treated as a 'valued customer'. Searched high and low for a central heating magnetic cleaner for a reasonable price and found one at plumbarena. Got through to pay with postage but, yhe following day my order was cancelled by the plumbarena sales team. In the small print the plumbarena courier charges 6 times the same delivery cost as to GB. Other websites can arrange postage during checkout. In short, plumbarena should update their checkout or change couriers. Job delayed and inconvenience experienced. Very disappointing.

ordered a thermostat for a worcester oil boiler. Faulty from new as it doesnt cut out and the boiler gets exceptionally hot. Emailed twice as to how to get a refund as purchased a new one from elsewhere with no reply. Things sometimes go wrong and its how you deal with these issues that makes a company good or bad. You are bad, will never buy of you again and yes i am a heating engineer.

I ordered a condensate pump/ tank for my Worcester boiler on a Tuesday Morning and received the part next day. I received emails confirming order progress etc including estimated delivery date which was accurate. I live North East of Scotland so has a bit to come. Can’t ask for any better service that. Part was correct now fitted and working perfectly. Thanks a lot Plumb arena and delivery company.

buyer beware when ordering from this company they carge extortionate postage prices because they carge VAT on it, It cost £7.10 for a small parcel,when I priced it up to send back it was £2.80 no mention of VAT.

I have always ordered most of the materials in plumb Arena, They are briliant in price. Last my order not been sent up to 3 days, I have booked boiler parts replacement with my customer because of next day delivery accepted. After 3 days I had to call them several time to find out my delivery then they said they don't have the part and waiting for it. But they did't informed me about this matter. I had to find out somewhere else in local for higher price because of urgent from my customer. I had cancelled this order ans refunded as well. Finally I been charged about more than £7 for customer service telefon charges. I am very very disappointed, It is not my fault and I lost that money and late and expensive cost as I quoted the job. I would recommended might be a good customer service.

After a bit of searching the web for some good quality, in stock radiator valves, I came across this company who are fairly local to me. Competitively priced, branded valves ordered online minutes before the 2pm weekday deadline. All confirmed with an email reply within the hour and delivered as promised within the quoted 2/3 day delivery (via courier). All very well packaged. Very happy thank you. Will add to my Trusted Seller list.

Chased order after receiving no delivery date on when my order would be delivered. Since then I have written emails, tried to contact by phone. No response or acknowledgement to my requests. I finally got an answer that the item was out of stock, therefore no other option but to cancel my order and request a refund - very poor customer service and would definitely not recommend !!!!

For 2 months I waited for them to get me a boiler part, never updated me I had to chase them. Last time I phoned it was going to be another month. Asked for my money back and went and got the part somewhere else. Waste of time!!

The main reason for leaving 3 stars is the good price of the items we purchased and that Tracey was very helpful in getting back to us. However, that is not the case for all staff and emails often do not seem to get answered. Beware of calling as their number is premium rate as I discovered to my cost. It was also 15 days before we received the items. The impression you get when you look on the website is that it will be about 3 days. The least they could do is inform people if there will be a delay. Eventually we were given a date for delivery, but the items then arrived a day late. Boxes were damaged but the items seem to be okay. They also seem to trade as CHS.

Prices great, and we have ordered from them before, but this time something went wrong. The first two members of staff I spoke to were both very helpful and did what they undertook to do straight away, including a refund for another unavailable item. The representative of the Returns Department was a bit offhand at first (clearly a greater workload) but responded to the problem (a bashed expansion vessel) and ordered another one from the supplier, HRP, to be sent direct. This one was bashed even more. As he said, this confirmed to him that the damage had been caused in the supplier's warehouse, but we were still held up and our customer without heat. Third time lucky the final one was intact, but none of the three was supplied with the necessary 3/8 high temperature washer, we had to get that ourselves. Perhaps Covid played a part, not sure, but whatever the accident, goods need to be examined before leaving the warehouse (whichever warehouse it was). Packing also left something to be desired though it was clear in this case the damage had not occurred in transit as the outer box was intact. All fine now but many of our customers would have been less patient. A "no frills" kind of merchant?

I ordered a Worcester programmer, but noticed I hadn’t had a confirmation order or notification from PayPal, so I contacted the company via email to ask if they’d received it. Andy got back to me within 30mins and advised me that the order hadn’t been completed and if I completed the order by 11.00am it would be dispatched the same day, so I did. The programmer was delivered to my door this morning less than 24hours after placing my order. Excellent customer service. Excellent delivery Excellent prices. Will definitely use again 100%

I ordered a set of Bristan shower bath taps at a price which was a lot cheaper than elsewhere. They arrived quickly and well packaged and in perfect condition. I did have to contact customer service with a query. They were easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely use Plumbarena again.

On the 5th Oct 2020. I did a transactional purchase and on the 7th Oct the money was taken from my bank. After two weeks no delivery or receipt of goods. Since then I have written emails, tried to contact by phone. No response or acknowledgement to my requests.

Their website provides 2 phone numbers and encourages you to call for advice. Tried both numbers, from two different phones, both were unobtainable, hence my search here?

I ordered a hot water tank from them as the price was competitive and delivery was quick. All went well until I unboxed the tank and noticed a dent down one side. I immediately informed them of the damage by email (same day as the delivery) but had no response. Over a 2 week period I sent a further 5 emails, tried phoning 3 times (only to get the answer machine) and left a message. I got absolutely no acknowledgement or reply from them. Then randomly with no notification they arranged for the tank to be collected but no replacement. I eventually sent an email giving them a day to rectify before I contacted my credit card company, this time they managed to respond within 2 hours. The tank was replaced 2 days later. If everything had gone smoothly I would have given a better review and probably recommended them to others, however their lack of customer service when it went wrong has led me to thus review.
