The biggest scam!! I booked through plum benefits for a hotel stay in Florida. One of the nights the hotel had what they said was a “catastrophic failure” of its cooling system. We sweat all night and we’re denied fans. The hotel gave us in writing that we would get a refund back and plum benefits is still denying the refund. I have been on the phone with them every day for a month. Morning noon and night. Plum benefits is holding my money hostage. They are the biggest scam running. NEVER EVER book through them. I have learned from my mistake.

I made a hotel reservation through Tickets At Work for June 26th, 2021. When I made the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation and the money was deducted from my bank account. When I arrived to the hotel after an 11 hour drive with my daughter there was no reservation made. I called Tickets at Work to be greeted by a rude customer service representative after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. She said they would have someone call the hotel. Long story short nobody ever called the hotel. There was only one room left and I had to pay AGAIN for a hotel room I already paid for and the rate was higher. I have called multiple times with 30 min hold times and still nothing. Today is July 6th over a week later and I still have NOT received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and book with this company. I will stick with using AAA for discounts as I have done before and never had this happen.

This website is anything but a discount website. This company’s business practices are worst I’ve ever seen. Misleading website and they try to hide behind their so called “policies” when a refund is due. What’s right is right when it comes to doing business and this company makes you feel like you are scammed. I can’t actually believe they answer people’s comments here like they actually care.

Plum benefits offers the option to pay for car rentals in full and in advance using a debit card but when get to the counter at the rental car company and you're told that they do not accept debit card payments...Plum Benefits will NOT refund your prepaid debit card payment stating that you did not cancel in advance therefore you can not get a refund HOWEVER HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THAT MY DEBIT CARD PREPAYMENT WOULD NOT BE ACCACCEPTABLE IF YOU TOOK MY PREPAID CARD PREPAYMENT.

Do not... I repeat do not use Plum Benefits to purchase anything. I had purchased Def Lep tickets through these jokes in Dec 2019 for a August 2020 concert but Covid cancelled the concert and I now can not attend due to health issues related to Covid. These clowns will not refund my money now... rather they are playing the waiting game postponing the concert.

Back in March 2020, I bought tickets to see Taylor Swift. I wanted to take my niece to celebrate her birthday. I spent $3,800 in premium tickets because of the occasion Little did We know what was coming our way. I contacted Ticketsatwork to ask for a reimbursement, thinking that it would not be a big deal since the concert was postponed for another date to be announced. Jobs were lost, people got sick and some less fortunate are not with us anymore. I tried to explain that to the person that was supposed to help, but I was wasting my time. We could’ve used the money for other things like food and medicine, but all I got from Ticketsatwork was indifference and a pre-fabricated resolution that most likely sent to everyone trying to get their money back. It is February 27, 2021 and I still can’t get my money back. No I am being told that if they reimburse me is going to be in a form of vouchers. That is unacceptable. You held my money and everybody else’s money for a long time and you are going to give me vouchers for your exciting products? Unreal! I hope Ticketsatwork does the right thing and reimburse everyone back but with money, not vouchers. I am not asking for a favor. I trusted Ticketsatwork when I bought those tickets for services not provided. It is fair to give the money back. UPDATE I am expecting a quick resolution after almost a year Below is the information requested: Order Date 03/08/2020 Order Number 20000428 Total $3800.00 Looking forward to hear from you hoping the right thing is done. As shown from countless reviews, this company doesn’t refund to original payment methods which is ridiculous during this pandemic, and period. If something you specifically paid for is cancelled or you can’t attend, what good is it to give a voucher — The money paid was intended for something specific. People are spending hundreds of dollars. If the specific thing they want is now unavailable or cancelled then that money needs to go back to the customer. Not force people to have to find something else on this site. Who does that??? Greed at its finest. I should have just purchased from the original place itself instead of TAW.

I purchased Billy Ellish March 2020 tickets as part of a Christmas gift for my girls and unfortunately was canceled due to the pandemic. I've tried to reach out to Plum Benefits to get refunded for my 640.00 concert purchase that I bought back in December 2019 and I have not heard anything from them yet. Hoping they get back to me soon and refund my purchase tickets, since this has been way over due for a refund.

I have respectfully asked for a full refund of the purchased tickets I made back in the beginning of March 2020, but due to the Covid crisis; my family and I had to cancel our vacation. Tickets at work refused and declined my request over and over again; their reasoning was that these tickets have a 1 year expiration date and the parks should re-open. I accommodated another rescheduled family trip within that 1 year time frame; only for my flights to be cancelled again; due to the Covid crisis again. I reached back out to Tickets at work to advised my flights were cancelled again with the proof, this 1 year window is passing soon and I would like my full refund. Tickets at work denied me yet again over and over. My family and I live nowhere near Florida, our plans were ruined over and over again. I work so hard for my money and their only responses are that they cannot refund me my money. Tickets at work rather keep my money I worked so hard for because this is how the rich stays rich; than to refund me what I've worked so hard for to keep my family alive and to be able to enjoy these type of things we call family and vacation times. I hope no one ever considers using Tickets at work because they stole $500+ from a hardworking single mother.

I purchased $1000 concert tickets to Billy Joel. The concert was for Friday April 10, 2020 and was just rescheduled to a Monday, December 20, 2022. The day change alone should void the tickets or allow the consumer to change the concert. Had I purchased through Ticketmaster they would refunded the tickets. I thought purchasing through plum benefits which was offered though my company was a better option. Planning to go tomy company and let them know what is going on as well as my State Senator's office. Stay away from this company.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They are a complete ripoff. I had to place a complaint to the BBB. I reserved a room through them and because someone contracted COVID I simply asked them to change the room to a different date. The price was the exact same, as well as the room but they were not willing to assist me. Shame on them for not having policies in place to assist customers who may have circumstances beyond there control due to COVID. I would never use them again.

If I can give this company zero stars I would. This is ridiculous. I ordered tickets for a Halloween Special on this site through my company and upon the day of the event, the tickets were never sent to me. I called up the company to find out that "it was a failed process" and I would be refunded the ticket price. Are you kidding me? I spent extra money to get a special event give away, from the place, as well once I bought these tickets. I was told this can not be refunded. I bought these extra package seeing a charge on my card that this order was processed. When you charge someone's card, you expect there to be a product. CLEARLY, someone does not know how to do their job in your "ticket department". My son was looking forward to doing this event and now it is too late to try and book another event. I am beyond frustrated with this company. No matter what the discount is, do not use this 3rd party company. Edited: ORDER# 20591056 This is the order # that is requested.

They continue to reply back to all of these messages, what a waste of time it must be to hire someone to do that. How about actually issuing a refund instead of hiring someone to ask for your name and information when you aren’t actually providing a refund. Disgusting company, complete joke and the person responding back to the messages should find a better job

0I bought tickets to Santa Monica Pier 2 weeks before the world shut down due to Covid in March of 2020. We were hoping the rides on the pier would open by this point in the year - October 2020 - however they are still closed indefinitely and Plum Benefits will not refund my money to my credit card. I told the rep. you state on your website you refund money if a concert is canceled and asked how is this any different. I bought tickets to an amusement park that has not been opened in 7 months and is still closed indefinitely. The only response I was able to get was - I'm sorry, I understand, but that's our policy! What a terrible way to conduct business!!!! It seems like they are just taking advantage of the Covid situation instead of adjusting their policies to these unprecedented times. I do not want a credit voucher to use with your company, I want my money back because you are unable to provide the experience I paid for! The mere fact that 98% of the reviews can't get any worse, speaks for itself!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PLUM BENEFITS! My event was CANCELLED and I was notified by Ticketmaster that it was cancelled, yet Plum Benefits refused to refund my money. I've spoken to countless customer service reps, been hung up on several times, and received no refund despite supplying the email proof of cancellation. This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have encountered in a long time. I'm still in the process of getting a refund I should have received 2 1/2 months ago. Don't waste your time or money with this company. THEY ARE THE WORST!

DO NOT USE PLUMBenefits. I rented a rental car through this company and when I got to the rental car place they said they never recieved payment for what I paid through plumbenefits and the car rental company charged me full price. So I tried reaching out to Plumbenefits for a refund and all of the sudden nobody can speak english. Hung up on several times and when I finally got a customer service rep to look into it "Asante Sellers" he/she was worthless. Now I have to go back and forth with my bank. Furthermore if by the grace of god they do "return your money". You will not get it back the way you paid. They only offer credit..which you cannot use on gift cards. You have to purchase tickets or another service. Where the hell am I going to purchase tickets for during COVID and why the hell would I use your bum company to purchase anything ever again. I sincerly hope this company goes under and everyone loses their jobs!!!!!

Plum benefits has held $500 of concert money that they concert has been rescheduled twice, even ticketmaster is offering refunds at this point as being good on business! But not Plum Benefits...I have cancer and don't know if I'll make it to 2021 to see this concert, you want to know what Plum benefits told me...pass the tickets on to a relative. How thoughtful of you, rudest, most inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM EVER!!!!!! Also don't let the below message fool you, I wrote them with the order number and they haven't ever replied. Didn't think I would update my review, well here it is plum benefits...you STINK at customer service!!

BE AWARE DON'T PURCHASE TICKETS FROM TICKETS AT WORK!!! I purchased 6 Universal Studios ticket in the amount of $1,724.91. I've contacted tickets at work for a FULL REFUND due to the alarming amount of Covid 19 cases being reported coming out of Florida. Tickets at work only option was to issue me a credit voucher to use on their website only. Although Universal Studios is open and are giving people a FULL REFUND, tickets at work STILL will NOT refund my money in the form of which I paid. Really disappointing as I have used them in the past for years and I would strongly recommend anyone traveling to NOT use them. Buying directly from Universal Studios would give you peace of mind getting a refund in the event you're unable to travel during the pandemic. The extra $15-$20 savings per ticket is NOT worth the headache! (Update 08/04/2020)Spoke with Universal Studios today. Elise a guest services representative informed me about the stress free booking refund policy. This policy was put in place by Universal studios for customers during this pandemic. Any tickets purchased between June2nd-June 30th could be refunded within 10-14 days. It's unclear to me how Universal studios itself has put a policy in place to HELP while ticketsatwork sees my family's loss as their gain. Ticketsatwork refuses to offer any other refund methods besides a voucher. This implies that ticketsatwork wants to keep the money in their own company. A company who only offers travel & entertainment. Both of which have been SHUT DOWN at one point or still currently shut down during this pandemic. The option for a NBA game, there is none. The purchase of movie tickets...the theater have yet to reopen, concerts...THERE IS NONE! Literally, tickets at work has NOTHING to offer MY FAMILY of 6. Its unfortunate that a website geared towards saving employees money takes advantage of those finances to keep themselves a float during the pandemic. As mentioned by a ticketsatwork representative in a reply a refund could take months. I was never given that option to "wait" on a refund. I would have gladly taken a monetary refund even if it took longer than the 10-14 days Universal is able to process refunds. At least my family had a option to start looking elsewhere for vacation. Now we sit home as I spend my time on hold with customer service, back and forth to the website to hope something magically appears close to home. Ticketsatwork has DROPPED the ball during a time where people have suffered enough.
