I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from plum benefits I had a reservation at Eden resorts and was given by the manager of the hotel the choice to cancel and no charges :fees will be given and supposedly he wrote for myself to get a refund as there was limitations and seem that there would be more problems due to Covid-19 as he explained to me for the amenities. I contacted the same day and explained everything to a person and I was told if they reach out the manager a refund would be given and I will not lose it. Four day’s later I reach out to both places and plum benefits told me it is non refundable which I would had appreciated it been told at the moment than lying to me about it. I lost the money for that reservation and I will not do any buying from this company. If I could give a zero I would because of bad customer service.
ORDER# 19628449 Concert for May was postponed for a future date still unknown. Despite this Ticketmaster offered refunds. All of my other concert tickets have been refunded except the one from Plumbenefits, which I apparently paid above face value. Not quite sure the benefit of this “employee discount” program.
We booked a hotel through Plum Benefits in Chicago for a wedding that was cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. The Hotel cancelled our reservation without penalty, as one would expect any decent individual/business to do; however, it has been more than 3 weeks and plum benefits WILL NOT REFUND. They have given us a worthless credit voucher with AN EXPIRATION DATE - as if any sane person would choose to travel this year. We have now lost over $800 to this company, who couldn't care less about helping customers during a PANDEMIC. Order number 20098194
Terrible customer service! We bought tickets for the Lady Gaga concert through plum benefits and when the show was postponed, due to Covid, they refused to give a refund because the event was being postponed to a new date - which we cannot attend. This is very unfortunate because we have purchased many tickets from plum but we will no longer be using their services after this experience. Order number 20020889
IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS I WOULD!! PLUM BENEFITS BEING DUPLICITOUS AND DECEITFUL DURING THE PANDEMIC TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I booked a reservation at the Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami from Jul 3rd-Jul 6th, traveling from NY. This was decided bc Fl had such few COVID cases at the time. Over the weeks coming to our travel date, the numbers of COVID infections increased significantly. Being an Rn in NY this was very concerning, so I thought that it was best to cancel the reservation. Furthermore, the Fountainbleu reported that they had to close the beach and had limited reservations for there restaurants, also due to the increase of the COVID infections. I booked my flight with AA who decided to extend my ticket to Dec 2021, an example of great customer service. However, when I requested a refund from Plum Benefits, they refused to refund my money and gave an explanation that they were stealing my $987 bc my reservation was booked during the pandemic!!
Not a reputable company . Agree with all frustrated customers reviews. Poor customer service, unprofessional, speaking to you with disrespect. I didn't receive my money back and they said they will not return money because the concert was postponed for the next year. There is nobody to talk to. I am planning to go to the court. Order # 19568177. Two tickets for Elton John concert total $718.
The worst experience ever!!! As customers we don’t deserve this. Tickets at work scammed me for tickets I bought (order # 19973555 Preferred Access Confirmation #: 8612341) I called several times. I spoke to a Veronica who forgot to put me on hold and I heard her laugh at the fact that I could not receive my refund. When she transferred me over Crystal Flores was rude and unprofessional and told me there’s nothing she could do. How? Why? Is this right? Especially considering the state the whole world is in with Covid-19!!! How can you rob people of their money?? How is this ethical or moral. I want my money back, I don’t want to hear something is postponed for a future we can’t see!
**Update as of 06/16/20-Response from Plum Benefits states I need to reach out with my order number. Again...I have already reached out numerous times ...with my order number...and got the same response that the tickets are non refundable. I don't know if providing my order number via this review is really something I should be doing? Thoughts on this? I bought my tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood January 1, 2020 through Plum. I am a planner and I want my family vacations to be booked and ready by the time vaycay comes. Family vaycay was planned for beginning of May. At the time, Plum was offering tickets good for certain time frames. I bought the tickets that coincided with my trip. They expired May 31. However, 6 weeks before my planned trip...Universal closed due to COVID...and they remain closed, through my expiration date. Completely out of my hands. I have contacted the company 6 times...yes 6...via email. I have received 2 of the exact same responses from the company. The other emails have remained not returned. Each generic email tells me when Universal closed and that I need to read my tickets and still have time to use them and they are non refundable. If they actually READ my email they would see that they expire May 31st....and Universal remains closed after my expiration. A reputable company offers a refund. At the bare minimum, they offer an extension. It is not like I just "decided" not to take my trip. Hotels closed. Travel restrictions are in place. Businesses and the matter at hand...theme parks...have closed. Stay at home orders have been in place. Some borders have even been closed. No one can control any of the COVID consequences, effects, or outcomes this has brought. However, a reputable company should work with their customers, to keep them coming back. Not against them. This looks terrible for their company and any company the works with them. Tickets at Work...it's disgusting to think my very large reputable company partners with them for their services.
TicketsAtWork is a scam. First of all, I found out I was charged almost $100 more than the face value of the tickets I purchased. Secondly, my event was postponed due to coronavirus and TicketsAtWork is saying the tickets are non-refundable because the event was postponed and not outright canceled. I cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date so now I'm screwed out of $274 dollars. Ironically, the venue where the concert is being held is offering refunds if people can't make the rescheduled date and so is Ticketmaster, but TicketAtWork says they can't refund the money. I've contacted an attorney and they said the coronavirus pandemic could be considered an extraordinary event allowing such charges to be canceled, a legal term called force majeure. I hope someone sues TicketsAtWork so they go out of business and can't scam other people.
THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MY MONEY. ITS BEEN WAY OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED ME FOR THE INFESTED HOTEL IN AZ. IVE CONTACTED THE WEB SITE IM NOW GOING PUBLIC. THERE IS NO REASON ANY COMPANY SHOULD TAKE THIS LONG TO REFUND MONEY BUT CAN TAKE IT SUPER QUICK
If I could give no stars, I would. They've been saying since March that I can have my money back. Every other hotel who I booked directly with has given me my money back. I will NEVER go through them again. I believe they are a fraud and liers. I hope there is a class action lawsuit brought against them and they are shut down permanently. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!! I'm out $522.44 right now. Their response is asking the hotel about a refund. The hotel doesn't have my money. Tickets at Work does so please stop lying. You guys are crooks!! It's up to you to do the right thing and you're not doing it. That's why I filed a BBB complaint against your company and I hope others do the same. 6/1 update: Within 2 days, I had my money back by going through the BBB.
It took two months for them to get back to me about a canceled event only to tell me that I won't be getting a refund because the event will be rescheduled at some unknown point in the future. I will not be back.
I've used Plum Benefits for every trip either work, family and personal. Most of which had been great and handled with care. Due to covid, I had an inquiry and a representative assumed I was canceling and they cancelled my hotel reservations with a follow up e mail that cancelled a hotel I never even booked. ( in which I disregarded due to the misinformation) assuming it was not cancelling my actual stay where I had actually booked. Once I arrived to my hotel location, I checked in early and later I found out my stay had been cancelled, there was a misprint in the e mail and they really cancelled my stay! I had to pack up and leave. Per two e mails. There was suppose to be a refund and within 30 days and I still have not seen this credit in the account used to make the first payment. I'm Very disappointed and I feel scammed. I don't think I'll ever... It was so embarrassing having to leave the hotel and book elsewhere in such a short notice before a wedding was taking place. Wow!
I'd give no stars if I could. Booked six hotel rooms for our honeymoon to New York, two through Plum Benefits. Yes despite a Covid 19 pandemic, legal stay at home orders in place, me being a seriously high risk patient with heart conditions and New York being a major Coronovirus epicenter they refused to give us our money back and have sent us on a wild goose chase through their intermediary, Priceline, and hotel managers. Terrible customer service on the phone. We will never use them again. They may find there's a class action against them at some point for how they have handled the matter. I have it in writing that they were fully refunded by Priceline for our hotel rooms. So they are basically just thieves who stole our money, as if losing our honeymoon and dealing with a pandemic wasn't upsetting enough. Stay away people......not only from the Coronavirus but also from Plum Benefits;)
Plum benefits won’t refund me for my hotel that I had to cancel due to COVID pandemic. Not my fault. I bought Broadway tickets and a hotel and I had to cancel everything and plum benefits will not do anything about it. Stay away! going to have my company cancel benefits with them. Horrible customer service. My order number is 19944788 Update to my review. Plum benefits is absolutely a disgrace I called to follow up with the reply that they sent me and customer service was so rude and blamed me. Absolutely disgusting! STAY AWAY they are horrible and will never ever use them again.
Has anyone gotten their refund from a hotel cancellation? I called a month ago and I have not gotten my refund yet. We were suppose to go to HERSHEY in a few weeks but because of the pandemic, we had to completely cancel everything. I have the refund email from tickets at work, stating that I’ll get my full refund within 14 days... it’s been over 30! I’ve never had issues with tickets at work before but right now, I’d at least like to know when I’m getting my money back
Never Buy through Plum Benefits! I made the mistake of buying park passes through Plum Benefits for Universal Orlando for March 20th, I contacted them for a refund on in early March when the COVID-19 thing began. They said I would be refunded in 3-5 days, I called back after 6 days and was then told it would take two weeks, I called back at 15 days days and was then told it would take 30 days for it to process. Here I am on the 33rd day with no refund and now I can't even get through to speak to anyone. I have received no form of compensation the still have my $2000 and I'm praying I hear back. Edit: 5/18/2020 Here we are 30 "business days" later which is what they told me it would take to get my refund when I did finally get in contact with someone, and guess what? This might surprise you.....NO REFUND! Were you surprised? Maybe this company is good to do business with when no problems arise but thats what separates the bad companies from the good ones I guess. Its not worth the risk in my opinion I'll spend the extra $40 to have the assurance that I can get my money back if needed. I'll keep ya'll updated after I go sit on hold for 4 hours and try to speak to a representative. To Plumbenefits: order number is 19909118 lets see what you do with that info. The fans are watching.
Tickets at work should be ashamed of how they are handling their business in this pandemic. I bought tickets for Disney that were final sale for dates of May 4-8. BUT due to a PANDEMIC that no one has any control of, that ticket is no longer any good to me! They say I can pick another date and go by Dec 15, 2020. 1) No one knows when this is going to end 2) Most everyone including us are out of jobs now and can’t just reschedule and go 3) these tickets were final sale for dates of May 4-8 They should refund for these dates! Not tell me and others we can’t get money back because they are too stingy and unethical to give us OUR money back! If you ever think about using this company to buy anything, DON’T! This is a time when we should be coming together, not stabbing people in the back to get richer... And don’t bother responding with your automated response that we can go later in the year...
Same crap - I have been on hold for 50 minutes several times just to be hung up on. Brett Reizen is a heartless President. His directive should be Refund anyone who is asking. We bought Universal Park passes that were not cheap. MY Father - In Law has Coronavirus and we were going to celebrate his 75th Birthday. I haven't seen him since he went to Hospital and now we are on eggshells every day. We ARE NOT going at all now so GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I am taking this to the News. I have a major connection at FOX. I have wasted about 4 hrs on phone calls. Ticket at work Reps told me Universal had to refund. I get a nice guy over at Universal on the phone and he tells me they are refunding left and right but because I bought through Tickets at work they could not refund me. They keep telling me just because the Tickets donlt expire that they cannot refund. Well guess what - I didn't decide to just not go. There is a Global Pandeminc and your company is heartless. You took 2k of my money to line your pockets - I will be receiving nothing.
We purchased tickets for Disney World for April 5th-11th, Disney is stating they are closed until further notice! Plum benefits stated we have to contact Disney for refund,Disney stated we have to contact Plum Benefits because they are the ones that took our money! We have been told multiple things. Plum benefits refuses to refund money, they told us once we linked our tickets to the Disney App it is now there responsibility! I have never been treated so badly or lied to so much! No one knows what they are doing because of this Virus everyone is losing money! We can’t go on the trip and the park is closed they should be refunding our money! Never purchase from Plum Benefits!!
