New to ploom but I must say I’m really enjoying the multiple flavours that the sticks come in. Recommend people try it as it does seem to be less harmful than smoking.

honestly, they didn't do anything to help me. I was travelling to UK and was told that if I buy the device I will get a 10 GBP voucher that I can further use to buy more packs. I bought it and was told that (surprisingly) that the voucher will be given to me once I register online. Fair enough - I registered online, but now that voucher can only be redeemed online and will take many days to receive. LIKE, I am travelling and was expecting to redeem it at the store. I emailed the customer service and asked if I can go back to the store and redeem the voucher, so I can have extra packs before I go back to my home country. But I was bluntly rejected and no flexibility was shown in resolving this issue. Well, too bad guys, you just lost one customer.

Good product, excellent service with good delivery times

I was a bit skeptical to begin with. Heets smoker for 4 years, I decided to try Ploom as they are much cheaper and was nicely surprised by the Bronze close resemblance of the real cigarette taste. Big fan now.

I'm using ploom device for more than 6 months and thanks to that i quite smoking cigarette tabacco I like because it keep me away to smoke tabacco,no bad small you can smoke exacly 5 min Unfortunately I have 2 device and bought of the not working properly The firs just stop working properly even trying to reset exactly as the customer service told me to do and still not working The second almost the same stops between 5-6 tine per day and to can smoke and use the I need to reset it all time. About the cigarrte evo amber flavour depends we're shop you buy it taste very different,repeat always I'm using the Amber flavours but unfortunately doesn't have the same small or taste wherever the shop you buy

Not bad, but I cannot seem to like it. I've been using other heated tabaco, and that one works better for me, although a shame as ploom is considerable cheaper.

Produkt oki ! Spalanie i smaki też. Najgorsze jest chyba klapka , która cały czas skrzypi i została źle wycięta/wytopiona. Jest to moje drugie urzadzenie. Dobra jakość tytoniu, natomiast samo urzadzenie należy ulepszyć.

Great product. Makes a quarter of a cigarette last for the same time as a whole one which means you smoke less tobacco. Really worked for me.

I have given up smoking for 1 month and don’t feel the need to light up ever again. Product is fantastic. Great delivery times. Excellent price definitely worth using this company and product.

The Ploom X and their Evo sticks fail to provide an experience or taste anything like a traditional cigarette; there's no hint of flavor, and all options taste the same, like over burnt toast. I purchased a bundle for £30 with purple, green, and bronze flavors, hoping for a cigarette-like experience, and despite mixed online reviews, I wanted to give this company a fair shot. After watching some reviews and videos my first day made me feel like puking after smoking it. I'm seeking for a refund and someone to talk to because this feels very disappointing and not right. After a few puffs it gets uncomfortably warm, making me question taking another hit. I'd appreciate getting in touch with an employee to discuss about it if they choose to but I wouldn't recommend it to others .

I m writing this review with one star rate because they didn t send me the promise voucher for achieving the 100% on their activities on the website. Fake advertising...fake rewards!!!

I turned 18 about 2 weeks ago, and was sent a letter throught the post about tobacco. I have never registered with ploom or any other smoking / tobacco companies as I do not smoke or have any interest in tobacco I had to spend the evening explaining to my furious parents that I have no idea why on earth I am being sent these letters. It also didn't help that the envelope says "OPEN TO FIND OUT ABOUT HEATED TOBACCO" Shame on this company, for sending letters like this as soon as people turn 18. I feel sorry for people who might have abusive famalies or parents. This is Disgusting, and I will continue to post about this online. I never agreed to recieving letters or even registered to any smoking or tobacco websites. Stop sending me these stupid letters

I recently purchased this product. Very pleased with the price, however, the filter tobacco sticks become uncomfortably hot which makes it unpleasant to use, also I did not enjoy the taste. Wasted my money as I had purchased several packs when I purchased the device. Maybe it's faulty but have no intention of buying another to find out !!!
