Charlotte was very helpful in telling me the latest offers which worked out cheaper then to buy over the counter, which I was very please. I found her very approachable and did not feel pressured into buying anything that wasn't suited for me. 10/10 would buy again

I have been using Iqos for years , but had a fall out with their customer services, Also their prices have been sneaking up quite a lot ( 40% in 4 years !!). I like the Ploom device & Evo sticks , much cheaper than iqos . My only gripe is that when i take the first drag it can be really hot & the device buzzes at the very end of stick use which is annoying , I am used to iqos where the buzz comes towards the end to warn you of limited time left . I will be staying with ploom though & my wife will be switching over to from Iqos due to cost difference .

A hardworking young man called Aidan, No 1074 @ Hamilton showed me how to use my ploom, I was surprised with the flavour and hit, so I will be returning.
