The patience and perseverance of the Pinwheel support staff never ceases to amaze me. My concerns and questions are always treated in a respectful way and they stick with me until the issue is resolved, even if it takes a while and multiple attempts. Ems, in particular, has helped me a few times and has been incredibly helpful!
Great customer service. We are buying our second line and the experience has been great. We did get our first service in 2021 and have seen steady improvements in customer service and the increased access to apps. Our kids use Google Classroom , and they are able to do all of this from the Pinwheel. My son uses Garmin on his watch and it tracks to his phone app.

We'd been struggling with an issue (kid locked out of phone after changing passcode) for a couple of days before finally reaching out to Customer Service through their Chat feature. Within 10 minutes our problem was solved. Now we know that if we run into an issue again, we'll use the chat feature sooner rather than later.

The service allows us to change and adapt kids responsibilities with their phones as they mature while still providing the "tool" for them and us to safely communicate.

Today's interaction with Chen B. is consistent with my experience with Pinwheel customer service and the very reason I continue to recommend Pinwheel to my children's friends' parents. Despite minor inconveniences with technology (today my teenager is flying unaccompanied back home and the delta app would not appear after I permissioned it from the parental portal), Pinwheel has always come through with their customer service.
