Awesome service for a first cell phone for your child! Really cool features, great range of controls. Absolutely everything you would want for your child to be on the phone safely! Customer Service was super prompt and helpful as well!

The concept behind these phones is great but setting up everything was very complicated and customer service kept sending me links to complicated documents when I asked for help. After about nine months they finally made a phone appointment with me and resolved everything easily but within a few months we cancelled because the children were ready for iphones... Now, four months after we discontinued the phone service they are still billing me every month. When I ask to cancel they send me a link to a document containing the proper procedures for cancelling your account. If I were retired perhaps I could figure it out but I just don't have the time. These phones are best for parents who have lots of time.

Tony effectively fixed the issue we were having with placing phone calls to/from our pinwheel device. When navigating away from the chat to place a trial phone call, I did get “booted” from the chat and a brand new window opened when navigated back. This seems to happen every time I use the chat feature.

Pinwheel Phone for Kids has excellent customer service. Whatever I have needed since purchasing the phone and service, they reply quickly, efficiently, and solve any problems or answer my questions. We are very pleased with the phone and service and the safety is gives our son.
