Everything's good besides the color. I got the frame and canvas done. The colors are way off from the picture I uploaded. For some reason the green and brown color in the uploaded picture are printed black on the canvas, also the blues are extra dark

The frame was just what I was looking for. The frame arrived in perfect condition and looks great.
My frame hasn’t arrived in designated window. I paid an extra $25 so where is it. The status still shows it is being prepared. I can’t keep taking days off to welcome frame. WTH is going on? I want my shipping completely refunded.
