I ordered a frame on November 21st. It was set to arrive December 12th. I contacted them today, December 9th because I hadn’t seen a tracking number yet. It turns out my frame was out of stock with no estimated in stock date. There was nothing on their website that indicated this and I wonder when someone was actually going to tell me I would never be getting my frame. I needed the frame for an event that is in less than a week. Won’t be using them again. Two stars instead of one star because they refunded my money when I asked, and I didn’t have to go through a PayPal claim.

I ordered a frame that supposed to be 49-1/4" by 21" but what I received was a frame 49'7/16" by 21-3/16" so when I put my print in it, there's a gap all the way around my mat

Ordering was very easy. I like the selections and being able to order a custom size.
I received only 2 of 4 frames ordered. The 2 frames took over 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed and called and was told that the 2 remaining frames would be delayed. How long I asked; they checked; they checked again. Then they said it would take a while; how long is a while? 2-3 months! I needed those frames, but no one updated me. This is bad business.

i was looking for the company who made a good picture frames and i found this one and they did really good job for a picture frame i ordered from here definitely recommend them for pictures frames are good quality thanks for the job you guys did im happy.

It was fun to try my photos in different frames. The sale allowed me to have several photos printed and framed. Customer service was easy to reach. I wish they would add more inventory as some of the options have been around for years.
I had several questions during the ordering process and the responces were prompt and helpful. This was a time sensitive order. I was kept abreast of the anticipated shipment and the frame arrived 1 day early. The craftsmanship is good, the materials are good quality and the fit is excellent. I will be ordering additional frames.
