Lots to Select from
Easy to find suitable frames and even put in a photo to see if it will work with my painting. There is an issue with some frames not going as long as I want which made me choose a different frame but it is all good.
Easy to order. Received invoice right away
I had a large print (42"x28") that I took to a local framing shop. I picked out matting and a frame that I liked and was then quoted $1800. Ugh! There was no way I could justify spending that on the print I had, no matter how much I liked the frame. I then decided to search online and came across this website. It was easy to use, plus I found a frame and matting I liked. The real bonus was the price. It was close to a quarter of what I was quoted from the local shop. I was nervous about having to put it all together when it came, but I was as careful as possible. Somehow, I did scratch the acrylic, but that was my own fault. The frame looks great. It needed to be wiped down because it was dirty, which surprised me. And because of the size, the hanging wire wasn't long enough, so I had to use different wire I had on hand. I was just so happy to find something that I liked at such a great price. Other places I looked either didn't offer the frame size I needed or matting. Just be sure to measure accurately to the nearest eighth inch. I didn't and had to trim my print, which was not an easy task.
Customer service was superb. They dealt with a mistake in pricing immediately, and promptly shipped out a replacement frame when the original one arrived damaged.
The sales are good, glad to see you have some nice black and gold back. I do not like that I have to reset my password each time I want to order or check the status on my order.

Great website and quick shipping
Buyer Beware: The floater frame is beautiful, but the bracket depth is 3/8" too shallow to secure the canvas to the frame according to the instructions. Buyers have to buy correct-sized brackets from the hardware store in order to frame the canvas.
I ordered a custom frame from here. After 2 weeks, I had not received a shipping notification so I contacted the company to see where my order was. They informed me that my product was out of stock and they didn’t know when the item would be back in stock. This company is a scam. They tried to take my money without sending me my product or even informing me that I would not be receiving it. Don’t order from here. They may try to take your
I have placed many orders from this company. The quality of their frames is exceptional. However, this marks the second occasion an order was shipped to me without the foam core and acrylic. I hope this will be rectified as it was the last time, but I have not yet gotten a response to my inquiry.
