Terrible customer service. Ordered my frame and it never arrived. Called several times and they said that frame had since been discontinued but they had kept my money and if I didn’t track them down personally I bet I would have never gotten my money back! Asked if they would apply some discount on a replacement and asked for customer service to respond- no answer, no service recovery.

This is tye first time I have used your company. Your company was referred to me from an artist friend. The artist here that I spoke with, said that you were reasonably priced. And that products were good. I am not an artist, but I felt your website was easy to use, & that the process went very smoothly. The frame I ordered just arrived today. It was packaged well, & arrived in the scheduled time. I have just started doing the assembly of the frame. It seems like good quality. It was packed well- to ensure there was no damage. I like the frame. The shipping was easy to track as well. I wish it was a bit cheaper. But the frame seems to be of good quality. And the few parts I need are all included.

Excellent customer service. Only downfall is that it’s not exactly clear as to what you get when you place an order. For example, I ordered the anti glare acrylic for my family photo and when it came my photo appeared to be foggy/blurry because the anti glare acrylic has a texture to it. When you order you would never know the acrylic would affect your photo. It’s also unclear as to exactly what your mat color will be. It would be nice if they offered mat samples and then mentioned that anti glare acrylic will affect the clarity of a photo. I reordered my photo and the customer service was wonderful. I would order from picture frames.com again!

I ordered a beautiful frame - SKU:LFC5 - 24 x 48 on Nov. 7th - paid for it $124.09 and heard nothing regarding delivery. I called yesterday and was told it was 'back ordered' - I cancelled my order since I don't know when it will come in and it is too late now to have this painting at my show!
