Frame arrived safely. My oil painting is attached to a wood frame so I had to attach it differently.

Purchased 3 custom frames (maybe 4?) from them, for both flimsy easy paper artwork and also canvas paintings. The frames appear well~crafted and directions are easy. They are all very good looking (I like things to look expensive but not be). I was a repeat buyer so am very satisfied. Easy instructions to hang as well.

I needed advice about the size I needed to order and the answers were very helpful. Waiting for the frame to arrive and hopefully it will fit my picture perfectly! When it arrived it was not as described. There was no room to hide the border even though I had given them all the dimensions of the picture and the border. I contacted the company and they have refunded the cost of the item less the postage, which was a lot!

Ordered a custom size frame and was billed immediately. After checking the status for two weeks and seeing it still hadn’t shipped, I inquired why? I was then told the frame was out of stock and they were waiting for it to come in. One month later, no frame, no communication and so far, no response to my inquiry. I will be disputing this charge.

Several of the frames that had a deep rabbet depth were no longer available. There is a very limited, unimpressive selection of frames with the depth I typically have canvas stretched on.
I have been a long-term professional user and customer, but this is the second time I have been unable to purchase a black floater frame with gold front edge. Disappointing, as I needed it to match other paintings soon to be entered in a juried show.
Overall a good experience. Would be better when you click on a frame to read about it then go back, it goes to the beginning again rather than where you left off.

The silver-leaf color which I ordered looked more gold then silver when it arrived. It is still a good color, and I am keeping the frame. I realize that it is hard for to match colors in sunlight with colors on my screen, so I don't blame picuturefames.com.
