The SP-2 frame has become prohibitively expensive. Even with a 30% discount, your $100 price was $30 higher than a comparable, matte black, deep rabbet frame from my local custom framer AND I didnt have to pay shipping or sales tax. My days of ordering from you are over! Larry~
First the good. The frame I purchased is beautiful, well-made and sturdy. It came with all the miscellaneous hardware for mounting the artwork to the frame and for hanging the finished project. Also, the shipping package was outstanding. Now for the not so good: A price was displayed when I configured this custom frame. When I added it to the shopping cart, there was a HUGE price increase. Fortunately, I found a discount code that reduced the final price, but it was still higher than what I originally expected. This is definitely a red flag for consumers. Also, not so good but OK in the end: Before completing the check-out, there was an estimated delivery date. After the check-out was complete, the estimated delivery date was pushed out ~10 days. However, the delivery occurred on the original delivery estimate. This would be more of a yellow flag.
Love your products and have been a customer for years. Sad that you refined your framing process that does not allow me adjust my mats and frames like I used to, and have eliminated many choices for mats (especially archival) but you are still the best deal out there for a quality product
I found what I needed. My only issue is with the glitches on the payment page. They were quickly resolved by customer service.

I have made several purchases in the past year, and been happy the quality and timeliness in receiving orders, however, the last two orders there have been minor issues: 1) acrylic had a small crack in the corner, 2) the mitered edges were not aligned and required some adjusting. I will continue to use your site, but hope this feedback is helpful.

Extremely overpriced for a badly finished metal frame that you have to assemble yourself. I recently bought some ready built frames with glass rather than acrylic costing $30 less
