We can thoroughly recommend the service that PetStay Edinburgh east and south Lothian provides. It is convenient and reasonably priced and we have the comfort of a professional organisation backing up the care. Michelle and Craig regularly take care of our dog Toby. They are great with him and he loves to visit them. It is really a home from home and for our dog at least is far better than kennels. Highly recommended.
Had no doubts about the safety of our dog in the hands of Margaret. From start to finish the process has been hitch free. Harley had a great experience and we will definitely use this service again. One less worry when you leave your pets with such a good carer. Much appreciated
I would recommend this service , i have a doberman puppy & it’s not easy to find people /companies to look after large breeds , however Alice at Petstay had no problem looking after Flo , it was very easy to set up , cheaper than kennels or other pet services , great that my puppy was with a family so it was like home from home for her & she was very spoilt & part of their family . i would definitely use this service again , can’t recommend it highly enough.
We could not recommend Cheryl at Petstay (Leeds and Ilkley) and Kathy our host, enough. Thank you! Our wire haired pointer Peggy has had a real home from home experience. It was Peggy's first stay with Kathy so we arranged a meet up first at her house and Peggy immediately settled so we felt comfortable when we dropped her off for her stay. She trotted in very happily and a week later we picked up a very relaxed and happy dog. Having had to deal with a recovery period of about a month after previous kennels, this has been such a great arrangement and really suits our home loving pointer. Cheryl has been great at finding the right host for us and matching Peggy, who is quite a large dog, with the best host. We are already booked in again for September!
PetStay have been our life savers! Our dog did not like kennels so we decided to try PetStay after a recommendation by a friend. The staff were professional and found a suitable “holiday” home for our dog who absolutely loves going there. This now means we can relax when on holiday knowing our dog is being well looked after and spoilt rotten!
We could not recommend PetStay Glasgow or our PetStay hosts any more highly than we do. From the first phone call Jane was completely brilliant in matching the right PetStay sitters to the needs of our dog. She has been supportive and encouraging and we very quickly built real trust. In Laura and Neil as PetStay hosts we have found the perfect holiday family for our pup and feel completely assured that he is in safe and happy hands.
Jason was great in communicating with me prior to our booking with Mark & Francine. Maggie stayed for 7 nights & she looked so happy & content on all the photos I received whilst away which was a great comfort as she can be a nervy dog around new people. I really appreciated being able to move my booking previously too due to health reasons (very last minute!). It made a very stressful situation a little less stressful! Thank you both we will be booking with you again!
I contacted Linda, at PetStay, via a recommendation from another boarders. We had about 5 weeks to find somewhere for our dog to stay and Linda was brilliant. She arranged a meet with a brilliant couple, who had their own two dogs. Everyone had a good run around the garden and we booked Minnie in. Well she had the best time! So much so we booked her straight back in for a longer stay about 4 weeks later. Minnie has made firm friends with her holiday pack and we trust Chris and Jack implicitly. They love to have Minnie around and send us regular photos and updates whilst we are away. It really does put my mind at rest knowing that Minnie is having a brilliant time.
The wonderful couple who care for our 'special ' needs dog while we had a holiday never fail to make his holiday as filled with happiness and fun as possible. He loves them, and so do we!
We used Petstay for our cockapoo Florence, she has stayed with Jan twice in Barnoldswick and has had one to one care, lots of walks and play, Florence was excited to be going for the second time , we got regular updates from Jan we will definitely be using Petstay again and hope Jan is free!
Very smooth process all the way through and communication was great when booking. Winnie had a great weekend away and will definitely use again.
We arranged a stay with Ian and Shelagh for our cockerchon Eddie at quite short notice but the PetStay system accommodated things smoothly and a 'Meet-n-greet' was quickly fixed. Eddie was very well looked after and clearly had all measures taken to ensure his welfare, comfort and companionship needs were completely met! Whatsapp updates came regularly and all went extremely well. We will hopefully return for more of the same.
Petstay were great at marking sure we found the right carer for our dog. Sallie was excellent, she kept us up to date and sent pictures daily which helped as it was the first time we had left our dog with anyone other than family. Definitely recommend.
Roger looked after our dog very well indeed. We received a daily WhatsApp update from Roger which was reassuring as Bella had been ill in the weeks previous to her stay with Roger. Really nice fella, and a great service. Will definitely use again. Thanks
Bonny, who is quite an old dog now, has been to stay with Ann and Chris on three previous occasions, but only for three or four days at a time. Therefore, we were a bit concerned as to how she would be for a ten day stay. However, we didn’t need to worry as when we arrived she got onto her bed and made herself very much at home. Ann and Chris catered for her slightly quirky diet and administered her medication. They also kept us informed about how she was getting on by sending us texts and photographs. Dropping Bonny off at the beginning of our holiday was straightforward, and when we collected her they were happy to spend time talking about how she had been. Bonny is looking forward to being able to visit them again.
A fantastic service. Everything was clear and well explained. Jackie and her partner were superb and I could tell Bonnie had enjoyed her 3 days with them. Would highly recommend and will use again.
Alfie had a great time with Sonia & Phil and was clearly on very good terms with their own very good natured labrador Huckleberry. They were very careful to make sure they understood what he needed and he came back to us very happy, chilled and relaxed!
Marley and Charlie were a hit. Perfect for each other, a good fit.
