I like PM's values...patriotism and Christian, so I like patronizing a company that has my values. I was disappointed last summer, when I was traveling cross country and rsn out of data, the company would bit help me out and allow me to purchase more, so I could use my GPS. Dzngerous to be cut out of data and not be able to do anything about it. This needs to be improved!

They have poor customer service for the blind. I am blind, and I got yelled at over the phone. Then I went to their email customer support link and got a policy back. No one spoke to me. As soon as I can afford another service, and get somebody to take me there. I will drop Patriot mobile. Customer service is very poor. Phone service is average.
Just being grass roots and knowing that I am a part of a good Christian based company. It makes me feel like I'm making a difference

I haven't had voicemail on my phone in 2 years. Every attempt I have made with this company has failed. At this point I have given up. Only reason I stay is because I know my money doesn't go to lunatics on the left.

The company is Christian based and believes in America first policies. The service is outstanding and the representatives in the customer service department are very friendly and courteous. They also speak English and that's what I love about their customer service department.
