This company has the most caring support staff in the industry, and if the person who answers the phone at first doesn't have the answer, they'll find someone who does. Can you get the same "coverage" for a few dollars less through other avenues? Probably, but you're giving up the customer service, and that is worth its weight in gold. Supporting good people and receiving top notch customer service is worth a few dollars.

Made the move for both cell phone & home phone to Patriot Mobile… even did the “crazy” notion by putting both chips on one device. Works great. 👍🏼

constant poor service, today my phone will ring, tomorrow it wont

PatMo has been resolute in its dedication to support of fundamental conservative principles, and for that reason I will remain a loyal customer. However, I believe that because Patmo rents capacity space from other carriers (AT&T) there have been occasions during heavy traffic usage that PatMo capacity apparently has been reduced, resulting in dropped calls and slow connections. It's a nuisance that I accept, but hope that PatMo will be able to grow past.

The times that I called in with a small problem customer service was outstanding. When I was ready to upgrade my phone I was informed about great deals as a long time customer.

We are pleased with our service switching to patriot mobile. The process was quick but living in a rural area they had to switch the towers that we use. Overall great service and would recommend it to our family and friends

A company with my values is refreshing and U.S based company is hard to find nowadays

Good company, no issues. Just wish yall would have cut some slack when Hurricane Helene tore through us.
