1st off, I as told my then "current" phone "would not work" with Patriot Mobile. IN FACT it (1 yr old TLC One Touch) was working well and had GREAT CELLULAR reception & transmission, I changed to support YOU! I got a new phone & number for your SIM card. The DooGee S96 is a dual SIM. I ordered a second SIm to transfer that existing phone number ONLY tow have the most terrible cellular connectivity I had ever experienced. after a number of complaints discovering YOU LIED and I COULD NOT USE the "other two (verizon & AT)" So I am REQUIRED to PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE. as directed I gave you ALL the Details of the new INTENDED PURCHASE and YOU CLEARED it, then it needed new sim's and still did not work! you lost me forever and I have NOTHING GOOD to say about your services and WOULD NOT RECOGMENT THEM to anyone.
We switched 6 plus years ago from AT&T and have never regretted the switch. Our service is better, costs less, Patriot Mobile made it very easy to switch, we feel good about supporting a christian, conservative company and their customer service is A+.
Good company and no problems.
Cellular service appears to be one of the more confusing utilities. Everyone we spoke with at Patriot Mobile were friendly and patient. We are loving the lower monthly cost and have never had an issue getting a signal.
Every time i had to make a contact, I was greeted with friendliness and respect. My concerns were heard, understood and resolved. Thank you for being a great company.
My new phone broke les than a week after the warranty ended so i was just screwed over.
Nothing to write home about though they claim to support conservative causes. I would prefer that they drop their price $5 a month or give 2gigs of data. $25 for 1g is expensive. I have been seriously considering switching to a less expensive company, though if they keep their customer service in the U.S. I'll likely stay with them.

I actually love this company. Ever since I signed up a couple of years ago I have loved the fact that it's based in the USA. This means that when you call them you get someone who speaks good English which is understandable, patient and courteous. PM helped me buy a new smart phone about a year ago. There was no pressure to buy, and when I asked if I could run it by my tech-savvy son and call back the response was "of course!". I ended up with a phone which my son was quite impressed with, and even the price was excellent according to him. I love the fact that the company takes a stand on various conservative issues. They were not afraid, for example, to publicly condemn the Hamas attacks on innocent Israelis and put out a statement to that effect. I enthusiastically recommend PM to anyone who talks to me about switching to a new provider. I find my bill MUCH lower than it was, in fact, about half of what I used to pay! Patriot Mobile has my loyalty.
I’ve never had any issues with Patriot Mobile. In fact, they found that I chose a plan that I wasn’t using fully and recommended a plan that cost less, saving me money!! I brag on Patriot Mobile whenever I have the opportunity, especially in YouTube comments!!
Great customer service with folks I can understand. Techs always stay with me until issues resolved.

Impeccable sales and customer service! They are the best company simply because all big three providers are accessible with Patriot Mobile. They have an easy streamlined process to switch between any of the providers free of charge based on the best area coverage. But, above all they support Christian constitutional conservative values! Therefore, I know my values are supported and funded by this company. I've been a customer since November 2022.
The personal help is always so friendly and you play Christian music on hold! Awesome!
Great customer service always.
So far I am completely satisfied with the service I have received. I thought I had messed up shortly after I switched to Patriot. I called, they sent me a different SD card, and my service has been great ever since. Here in Wy we are not known for our great cell phone service. So, all in all I highly recommend Patriot.
Friendly, easy people to deal with. The coverage in our rural area of Montana is on par with every other carrier we have tried. I like the causes this company supports and am proud to stand with them. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Love Patriot Mobile! I left AT&T as soon as I found out about Patriot Mobile to support an America First business. I appreciate you for standing up for our country and for all the things you’ve done to help us win our country back. The phone service is great and I have never had any problems whatsoever.
