The coverage isn't as good as other service providers I've used before. I travel a lot between Benson, LA and Sugarland, TX. I don't have much service between Benson and Lufkin, TX. That's an hour and a half that I can't make or receive calls. I have to be in certain spots (mainly outside) when I use my phone at my home in Benson. I keep Patriot Mobile because I like what the company stands for and I'm tired of spending my money on companies that don't share our political views or have our country's best interests at at hand. But, I would like to see the coverage improve.
SO nice that when I call I can expect to talk to someone who speaks my language and I can understand! Being a pretty senior citizen, that’s really important! The young men I talked to were polite and VERY helpful! They didn’t give up til my problem was fixed! Thank you!

Very helpful and patient. We had a tough time getting my phone to cross over but the representative kept patiently problem solving until we had success. Cellphone reception is as good as prior company but considerably less in cost.
Found the phone we wanted. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up and start using.
