I love that you are christian conservative co. And the values you take a stand for. As far as service is concerned if you just need a phone for calling and texting service is great, works everywhere I've traveled to so far. The only reason I didn't give 5star is 1: when streaming a podcast service will drop, depending on where you are is how frequently it happens 2:if you need large amounts of data it gets expensive quick. But I am happy enough with company and service that I have made other arrangements for data while keeping my phone service. GOD bless
I thought you use the same towers as Verizon but my service is not as good as my mom's phone service. She uses Verizon and I use patriot mobile. I have places in my city where I do not have internet but she does for example. I am staying with Patriot because I do not want my money funding abortion or lgbt crap. But honestly, if Verizon stopped being evil I would switch back.

Customer service and pricing are excellent
I like that I can have the same cell service without the massive name brand corporations to deal with. Patriot Mobile is an awesome company and I love their love of veterans and for being a true Christian organization.
I like that part of my bill goes to causes I believe in. My bill is reasonable. The only negative I can think of is that some places in the countryside in the area don't have services ... but none of the carriers that I know of seem to... there's a few dead zones
The people we've spoken to are so personable and kind. One lady, named Loretta, returned a call after I had requested it and left a message saying, "Hi Shaun, I'm sorry we missed you - please have the most blessed day and feel free to contact us again if there's anything more we can do for you." They keep their promises and make us feel that we can count on what we're being told.
Every time I called, the phone was picked up quickly. I like the option to have someone call me back. I spoke to three different customer reps and they were all very helpful and polite! I appreciate that they all followed up with me as well and made sure that my new service was connected and working!
Five stars great service excellent staff Christian based and you can get other sem cards depending on the area you’re in most. Verizon,AT&T,and T-Mobile I’m very happy with them and the service I have received many thanks Mark
