Overall Patriot's service is very good. One disappointment is that I had poor or no service while hiking outside Kanab, Utah. It is a more remote area, but it was odd to have zero service.
Great all around service. Cell/data service is ultra reliable, never any issues. The few times that I called customer service to inquire about additional services they provide (Int'l calling, wifi puck), they were very patient and I never felt rushed. They even offered advice on when it would make sense to activate additional services prior to travel, and when not to upgrade. Also explained how the billing would work in detail so there's no misunderstandings. Patriot Mobile sincerely looked out for my best interest, and not just their bottom line.
I wrote an honest review and the reply from Patriot Mobile totally ignores the problem of their poor, inept customer service. Hence the ridiculous reply. Many of the reviews on Trust Pilot for Patriot Mobile are from people who have not had the service for more than 1 month. Again, not a Christian Conservative Company that is honest, Avoid Patriot Mobile. Update: Patriot Mobile refuses to delete personal data and card information from their system. A representative called me on February 20, 2025 to "resolve" the issue. When she called, she wanted PIN number to talk to me. I did not have it. So she kept telling me that I need to open an online account and get the number. When I declined (mind you she called me and KNOWS wanted data removed) she finally conceded and sent a number via email. She did not realize how ignorant the experience was. She called me, she knew it was data related, and when I explained that I did not open an online account during the 3 years of using Patriot, she wanted me to CREATE AN ACCOUNT SO I COULD CREATE A PIN SO SHE COULD SPEAK TO ME! I tell you again, AVOID THIS COMPANY! I wrote support and I called back to get a different rep. The Support team wrote me back "We understand your frustration regarding this matter. Due to the nature of your request, you will need to continue working with ------- ------, as she is the appropriate contact for handling your concerns. If you have any additional questions or require further clarification, please continue corresponding with ------- directly." I asked to have my debit card data removed since they refuse to remove all personal data. I spoke with an attorney. Patriot policy is not in line with full privacy so they refuse. I asked for monetary compensation of $1500. Rep will not answer that question. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are not Christian Conservative.

Was very easy to set up my phone and account on-line
It was very difficult to get out of my current provider, you all helped way above what I expected. We had to try 3 different Sims and carriers. But we got it and I always felt like your team was helping as much as they could.
Whenever I need to call customer service, I’m always met with a pleasant and friendly person. They have knowledge of what I need and I get my issue resolved quickly. I’m very grateful that they are faith based and my money goes towards conservative issues that are important to me.

I do not like that I do not have better coverage in remote areas. This has been a problem for over two years. Not sure what I need to do to have better coverage.
