I switched from Verizon 2 years ago and have never looked back. The customer service to help in making the switch was exceptional and the savings for the exact same coverage and usage can’t be beat. Cannot recommend them enough.
Can not get anyone to answer the phone. I tried to inquire about upgrading my phone, but was kept on hold for more than an hour and never got to speak to anyone. I did this several times before giving up. Seriously thinking about moving to another carrier fi I can find a good price match.

A lovely very patient lady walked me through installing new sim cards on 2 phones. I am 77 and her help was greatly appreciated. My phone bill was cut to 1/3 rd of what it was for the same service. The phones and servoce switched seamlessly. There was absolutely no change in service or programs.
All representatives are kind, patient and courteous. Every experience for these couple years with Patriot have been positive. We live in the middle of no where and they worked tirelessly to get us activated & with service. We use Patriot because of this and the fact that they support all conservative, Christian causes and they are the only provider that does.
Good service, no disruptions, good billing information, good emails on Patriot Mobile information. I like knowing what I pay for is worth it and is as patriotic as I am.
Through many problems the staff have been nice. It's the policies that are not right.
Patriot Mobile's values are consistent with my own. I know this though their newsletters outlining their charitable donations and the cell service provided at a reasonable cost. I appreciate the emails letting me know that my bill is processing.

The phone service has been reliable. If I have a question, a customer-service person answers it. There are not a lot of price hikes. The company invests in pro-America and pro-God causes.
