We switch to Patriot Mobile from Verizon over a year ago and have never been happier with our decision. We have great cell service, we are saving money, and we are supporting an American, Christian company. We’ve called in to add more lines, and make changes to our account on a few occasions. The customer service was exceptionally above and beyond! I was blown away on how friendly and knowledgeable the service representatives were on every occasion!

It has been good, but someone throttled my account for quite awhile before I figured it out. It caused me to buy a phone I really didn't need and a lot of frustration. Since it was fixed Nov 24 all has been fine. Still don't know who had it out for me
American company that actually gives the service they promise. We can travel and not worry about whether or not we are covered by our mobile service!!!
Every time I’ve ever had to call into patriot for help I’ve gotten outstanding customer service, friendly, and prompt.
When transferring my phone number to Patriot Mobile from T-Mobile I contacted Patriot customer service. It was a real person, and very nice, and actually lived in the company's home-base of Texas. I can't emphasize enough how real they were, proficient at their job, and how nice they were. They had to be a little creative and ad-hoc in the transition process. Got it done....like an actual smart person. I got the feeling real people that I can respect are in this company. I like all the company values also. I'm proud to be a customer, and bragged to my friends about it.

Service was great! I only left because I do travel into Mexico and I would lose my signal. I need to be able to leave when leaving the country.

My Galaxy A 14 just died.. Screen went out.. I need to replace my phone and seemed like my only option was to call Patriot Mobile for my customer support. Did you catch the impossible challenge??? I used AI Chat support but the tool was not able to lead me to a valuable solution. Got to say that is really frustrating. I was able to put an Apple SE refurb. in the cart. So I try to log into my Patriott account. Guess what?? I get a message that said ... Oh My it looks like You are already a Customer. Please call XXXXXXX 1-800...xxxx using your phone. Do you see an other problem there!! If my phone was working there would be no need to call or order a phone. Please Help!!!!
Patriot Mobile has WONDERFUL customer support. We rarely have any problems, however, when we have needed help, there was always someone knowledgeable and friendly on the other end of the line. I also love that we are not supporting causes that we don't agree with.
Whenever I had a question or concern, I always got a resolution. Wait times were short, and representatives were personable and helpful. This was the case when I made my last contact with the company.
The experience was very enjoyable. The process was made so easy and stress free. Everything was explained and completed in a time let manner without any issues. We’re very happy we switched our service to an American company with great values.
So far everything has been perfect! Love being with a company that shares my values 🙌🙌🙌💜
Customer service is always very responsive, whether it is general questions or technical questions. Representatives are always pleasant and very helpful.
You all went out of your way to work with me when I originally changed my cell service, and over the past few years, absolutely no complaints... excellent service... decent cost and I thoroughly stand with Patriot in the causes that you support.
I have consolidated a few family numbers from ATT & Verizon to Patriot over the past month and all of the service representatives have been wonderful to work. I have had them on the phone for many questions that probably not their responsibility but every person has been more than willing to assist. Glad I made the move.
