Service has always been good. The staff has always been helpful when I had questions. Payments go to a good cause beyond the phone service
I have no service in areas in Jefferson NC.When I visit my family there 30 miles from my home I have service at all. My wives phone loses it incoming phone service.She has to reboot to clear issue.
I have not had any problems with this company. I have no issues with lost calls or braking up. Unlike my wife with Verizon. I'm very happy with Patriot Mobile.

I don't know all of the technical aspects therefore I may be going out on a limb by saying Patriot Mobile could have come up with a way to prevent the lack of phone service with AT&T for a month when I switch over from another phone carrier to Patriot Mobile. I also had a problem with my Voice Messages locking up. After numerous attempts Patriot Mobil resolved the problem.
I had tried leaving the established legacy carriers before, but ran into poor client service. Patriot Mobile has customer support stationed here in the USA and while my experience with Patriot Mobile's support has been limited (new customer, no problems) I am pleased so far.
Everything has been fine except, ever since Sprint was sold text messages take a long time to send, frequently fail, and I have to resend sometimes more than once.
I have been with Patriot Mobile for several years now, it would never consider going to another carrier. They hold and stand for the same values that I share. They are not a huge corporation where you are just a number. I pray that God blesses this company abundantly, and all those who make this company, a mark of Christian values, along with those that support it!
I appreciate talking with a “real” and knowledgeable person when I call for assistance. We changed chips in our phones recently and one person stuck with us through the whole process and stayed patient with our ignorance. Thank you!
Well honestly, I have no complaints at all. It couldn't have been any better than this.
The service is great, but for me, it's the fact that I can speak to a customer service representative that speaks English! NE Texas English!
