great service and coverage
AT&T is our main carrier tower in this area and AT&T's coverage is spotty at best. That has affected my phone call capabilities, specifically dropped calls. Patriot's customer service is phenomenal & I sincerely thank you for the support and invested interest in resolving my voicemail glitch.
It was easy to switch over to Patriot once we were able to overcome the resistance from Verizon to give up gracefully on a customer.
The price is a little high for what you get.
Cannot even call You from my own home! Phone reception is the worst I have ever had. This phone works everywhere else, except at home. It is absolutely maddening to have to get in my car and drive three miles down the road to the Frys parking lot to use my darn phone. I am paying 41.00 a month for no service at my residence. This is terrible.
My wife was suddenly getting very slow or no data, but I had no problem. This suggested to me it might be a data limit problem so I logged into our account to check data used. She had gone over her (our) limit which slowed data access dramatically. I then called to upgrade our service to a higher limit. The representative took care of it quickly and with no confusion. In the plan we had with our old carrier, we had a lower limit than 40g, but higher than the limit we signed up with Patriot. I think we had a limit of 35g at a slightly lower price, but did need newer phones with larger memories. My phone-I had to keep deleting apps to keep using the phone and was running out of apps to delete. I had used 31.9g out of 32g of memory. We like our new phones with 4 times the memory.
Every contact we have made is pleasant and helpful and is in the US, speaking English with no up selling. Great Patriot organization. Love their rates.
