I appreciate the advocacy of conservative causes. Additionally, customer service has been satisfactory, and my concerns have always been addressed in a professional and prompt manner. While the cost for service is slightly more expensive than other cell phone providers, I am satisfied with Patriot Mobile.

The phone use is wonderful. when I called to increase it to WiFi the guy couldn't sell it to me. Had me needing more giga than I thought I needed and offered the "unlimited" plan but PM didn't have ready to sell or offer it to people. It would have meant buying two different routers and that would make 3 in my house possibly not being used. He also couldn't give me usage and cost estimates. I said I'll wait and he put me on a call back list but have not heard from him.

Yesterday I needed to contact Patriot Mobile for assistance regarding an e-sim.The process was much easier than anticipated. Zack Specht in Customer Service was very patient and knowable with the process. Zack went above and beyond to explain the uniqueness of Patriot Mobile and what it has to offer. I has happy and surprised by the service the I received. Proud patriot Mobile customer Ezekiel

Our service was never great. We had such a hard time getting internet. Even if the phone said we ha 5 bars, it would tell us we had no internet. They said we were using T Mobile towers, but we have T Mobile now and never have a problem connecting to the internet now. Not sure what the problem is, but I don't think the companies whose towers you use gives you full access to their towers.

Live customer service connection within a minute of calling. Information and directions to transfer are provided clearly and efficiently. We are happy with our lowered monthly bill and to use a company that’s in line with our values.

Overall service is great! No issues with connectivity or services such as text mesenging. My only strong recommendation for improvement is communication. Several times a change in service will occur without any notice before the change goes into effect. The primary example is voice mail. It has changed several times and there has been no communication about it. When I called previously, they were unaware of some of the changes or the impact on services. So, overall, it's been a good experience. However, organizational leadership and communication is in dire need of improving.

The gentleman answered my questions and handled the entire process well. If I had any issue, it would be the price. It seems like if I travel out of country, it would be less expensive to buy a burner phone and charge minutes to it.
